Never having previously gone to a chiropractor, ever, I was immediately struck by Dr. Fazio’s professionalism and well-​researched knowledge, both in chiropractic and with acupuncture. When I then received my 1st ‘adjustment’, I realized the benefits I’d been missing out on.
Rather than just relying on the traditional pain control medicines most doctors blindly continue prescribing, I’d recommend doing some research on the safer and permanent alternatives Dr. Fazio can help you learn about for your own needs…

A truly profesional and kind place of service. Found this place through a Groupon and the Dr was so accommodating with EXCELLENT bedside manners. Dr. Colleen Fazio made me feel very comfortable though I had never had acupuncture before and has worked around my schedule for about 6 months now. The office ALWAYS smells wonderful and relaxing. In the midst of getting services for acupuncture I had an auto accident. I’ve been seeing the Doc for chiropractic services and love it! She is very knowledgeable and pursues learning more and continuing her education. I feel she truly cares deeply about the clients she treats and her practice. She wants the best results for her patients. Next, I’ll try their massage services. Everything has been phenomenal so far, I can’t imagine that will be any less.

Very displeased! She left two acupuncture needles in me which I found once I was home.
When I called her about the first one I found she said,“just throw it away“
When I found the second one I called Groupon to let them know of my displeasure.
I called last night to cancel my appointment for Tuesday stating how I felt her behavior was very unprofessional. I told her I would be posting this on Facebook and I was going to report her to the Illinois Licensing Board.
She did call today to apologize. As far as I’m concerned, too little-​too late.

I had been having chronic back pain and muscle spasms for over 20 years with little to no relief. I had been seeing numerous massage therapists, physical therapists, and a couple specialists and never had anything diagnosed.
Since starting to see Dr. Fazio in 2011, my spasms have virtually vanished, and my pain has been in control without medication. She takes the time to really get to know you as a patient and as a person. I was excited for her when she opened her own practice, and am excited to recommend her to anyone seeking chiropractic, acupuncture, or nutrition treatment.

De Fazio is a top notch practitioner. Her holistic approach is certainly different and refreshing from many doctors. She always takes the time to listen and put together a great treatment plan. If you want to «get better» make an appointment soon.

Dr Fazio is great! I have been to tons of other doctors with very little answers other than meds. Dr Fazio helped me find the cause of my problems with a very well rounded approach. She took her time and made sure I knew exactly what to do to get better. Since, I have referred multiple friends that have all had amazing results as well! No other doctor that I have been to has had as much knowledge about health as Dr Fazio. She is a lifesaver!
