Sundari is another great hot yoga studio I’ve found! Very similar in décor and class style to Twist in plainfield, I felt immediately comfortable here! Our favorite class is definitely Yoga Sculpt with Joann! She’s so motivating and energetic, and this class gives an amazing workout every time!

I started at Sundari this year as a total novice. What you’ll get here is a fun, supportive environment and great teachers. My 15 year old daughter loves it too.
If you are looking for a great workout that is fun and easy to get engaged in, definitely give it a try !! Namaste
