Just had a Trane unit installed in my home in Bonita Springs and I am very happy with the unit and the job that was done. Mike the owner was a good salesperson to deal with and was very informative. His employees did a great job and cleaned up everything after they were done. They were very respectful and were willing to do anything I asked for.

I signed up for a 2 year maintenance agreement with them. They came over every 6 months and did the service, even came over and did a fan motor repair on short notice. Now my contract on the maintenance agreement is up and I have not heard from them to renew it so they can come over for the maintenance still. I have called and left a message with their answering service and emailed them and no call back or reply from them at all. I guess they just don’t care about keeping a customer…
