Very poor service and very poor selection for those who are not«normal» sizes. They used to have a plus size women’s section, but it apparently made its slow disappearance. We had not one, but three employees push past us while we were looking around. And when we checked out, not a single piece of clothing was folded, rather just balled up and thrown in the bag. If I could rate this location any lower, I would. We will not be returning. Ever.

Pretty average Burlington Coat Factory. It’s not filthy, but it’s not stupendously clean either. The selection seems larger than the Billerica location, but there’s a lot more«empty» open space in the store as well. My biggest beef with Burlington Coat Factory is you either find a fantastic deal or a disappointing dud. You’ll pick a shirt out that is the last in your size and looks great, only to discover a giant hole or coffee stain in the back. You’ll either hit it lucky or not. However, if you enjoy hunting, it can’t hurt to stop and take a look.

I haven’t been to one of these in at least 15 years, & it may be more like 20. So I was immediately impressed by how nice & well-organized it was. Organized more like a JCP than a TJMaxx(mind you, I do like rows & rows of clothes as opposed to tons of rounds I have to walk around & around over & over again — seems more efficient with rows than rounds). But upon closer inspection despite appearing nicer than I remember it, it seems like they still sell what they used to — cheap clothes at cheap prices, which is not really my thing. Probably won’t be back.

I find things for other people here, never myself. They have an excellent selection of toddler clothes, and(of course) coats.
