Always a pleasure to visit this restaurant. Great food, great service. Raymond the bartender is extremely attentive, he goes out of his way to make your time there an enjoyable experience.

Sometimes I wish I still lived in Nashua so I could eat here on a regular basis. You can get Japanese food pretty much anywhere, but I still can’t get over their soups! I noticed they moved since I first posted, so here is my old review is from Summer 2015: They have DELICIOUS seafood soups! My favorite is the seafood hot sour soup, which is labeled«for 2», but I’d say most people are capable of downing that portion on their own, including a side of white rice to mix in if you’re really hungry. My boyfriend has also ordered Yang’s four shell soup and the princess soup, all of which were delicious. Pricing is very reasonable — that«for 2» portion of soup will only run you about 9 bucks. Their $ 20 all you can eat sushi is a good deal in my opinion. They have a wide range of selection, but the downside is the $ 1 up-charge when you order sashimi, presumably because you can consume vast amounts of fish if you neglect the filling rice. Like other reviewers have said, I think the fish is very tasty and overall will fulfill any sushi cravings. We have had the same waiter the two times we dined in the restaurant, and he was talkative and liked to make jokes. He recognized us the second time, which was nice. The atmosphere is nothing too special, but I have nothing bad to say about it. Both times I was there during the day, they were playing a Vitamin String Quartet mix(if not, then something similar). We have also had takeout from them, and it was just as good.

This is absolutely the best Chinese food in the area. We searched everywhere for good Chinese when we moved here 3 years ago and after trying all the Chinese restaurants around we were pleased to find this gem! Their Japanese food is just ok but the Chinese is the absolute best! My favorite: hot & sour soup, crab Rangoon, boneless spare ribs, combination fried rice and sesame chicken. We’ve gotten take-out and eaten in the restaurant and it is consistently excellent.

Awesome sushi at a great price. Tastes are still awesome like before and I’m glad the bar is much bigger! Overall excellent experience.

Recently had dinner here. Food was bland, zero flavor. Everyone at our table ordered something different, no one ate their meal. Will not return.

Well I was one of the semi regulars at this joint and to let you know how insignificant you might be this place I’ll clue you in on a bizarre experience I had tonight. As you know the all you can eat sushi deal is great however I just got told one of the offerings wasn’t included as sashimi. I could only get it as sushi… wtf. I have penciled in different fish as sashimi as to avoid to Hugh amount of rice and doing so payed an extra dollar per… So my friends rather than puss and moan to the owner Michael I choose to post this and refrain from eating there. I went to pigtail and enjoyed the experience. .

I’ve been a patron here for years, off and on, since before they moved. They typically have a pretty decent sushi chef on duty, compared to some other local places. The fish is acceptably fresh, but not as good as it could be. The wait staff could use a lot of help. I had to point to the saki I wanted(twice) and repeat it three of four times, and it was just the basic nigori sake. Then it was served in a champaign flute. WTF?! All you can eat for $ 20 is worth it, but order early, as the service can be painfully slow. While the sushi is usually of a rather high caliber, tonight, not so much. Fish was fresh enough, but huge rice balls with a sliver of fish on top was the style for the nigiri. Also, the restaurant may close at 10, but the sushi bar closes at 9:30… making this evening’s meal feel rushed. It’s not what it used to be. There were also no napkins to be seen on any table setting. Fire the wait staff.

We went there for the sushi buffet dinner on a week night. After being seated, we asked if buffet was available? Waiter rudely said to go across the street to Grand Buffet(Chinese). He then started off with the disclosure that we will be charged extra for any leftover if we ordered the sushi all you can eat. The all you can eat is ordered a-la-cart. Nothing fancy, am not sure what the thrill and buzz is all about? We make better sushi, maki rolls at home with better, fresher quality ingredients at home. First and last visit for us. I would’ve given 3 stars if the waiter wasn’t so rude!

I’ve been to Chen Yang Li of Nashua several times for lunch and dinner takeout, located in the Somerset Plaza on NH101A. This casual Asian restaurant serves up Chinese and Japanese cuisine at moderate prices. The place offers full service dining including table seating(table cloths & linen napkins during dinner), seating up at the bar and sushi bar seating. There are flatscreen TVs over the bar. Takeout service is also available at the front counter and there are soft chairs in a small waiting corner. I’ve only ordered the Chinese food here and have not the sushi yet. They also offer All You Can Eat Sushi($ 19.99 pp) all day(dine-in only), but you have to eat everything you order on your plate or they will charge you for leftover food by the order as spelled out on their order forms at the sushi bar. For lunch, I usually order the L19 Shrimp Lo Mein($ 7.50-no rice) and the L3 Chicken with Garlic Sauce($ 7.95-served with veg fried rice) which come with choice of soup. The hot & sour soup here is quite good and has a spicy kick. The Beijing Rice Noodles with Chicken($ 10.95) is very good here. The Steamed or Fried Pork Dumplings(6 for $ 6.50) are decent, which are smaller than the standard size dumplings served at other Chinese places. The takeout service is prompt and I usually receive my order in about 10 minutes after ordering.
