It seems like they can never get things right. Unfortunately this is on my way to work so I usually stop their. After getting my orders messed up alot I went there everyday for a month and recorded it everything was correct or made wrong. They messed up my order 70% of the time. I now go to a different dunkins out of my way so my day isn’t ruined by this dunkins.

Friendly and courteous. It’s a busy location and they only have so much to work with. That said, they haven’t messed up a single aspect of my order in months. The coffee is always hot and they use the right amount of cream.
If you’re headed up DW highway toward RT 3, get your Dunks fix here!

543p on 10÷15÷15 stood at counter with 2 people working behind counter. Didn’t even get a hello much less ‘I’ll be with you in a minute’. Too busy serving the 2 cars in drive thru. It’s a shame since it’s really a beautiful location since remodel. Will not be going back.

I’m from New England, so obviously it’s born in us to be Dunkin’ Donuts people. I now leave the house a few minutes early to drive to a different Dunkin’ Donuts rather than stop at this one. Besides the older lady working the front register, this Dunkin’ is a mess.
It’s not like this is just a one time thing, no it became a recurring trend that led me to write this review and stop giving them business. From customers and employees who are friends outside of work using crude and expletive-​laced conversations back and forth across the whole room for all customers to hear, to constantly messing up my order and giving me the wrong sandwich, making the wrong sandwich, or something else.
The parking lot is a mess and a pain to get out of, but the inside service is even worse. There are suitable options both close-​by North and South of this Dunkin’ Donuts that can easily replace anyone having to stop here.

Very quick drive-​through which is great in the morning on the way to work. Older style restaurant. You can only access it from one side of DW Highway, so if you are heading North, you have to loop around which isn’t that bad.
