While other businesses tried to take advantage of an emergent problem, Wells provided me with a fair quote and backed it up with outstanding work and customer service. I am sincerely appreciative of everyone’s assistance. I will happily refer everyone to Wells for their services.

One day while going for a run, one of our neighbors was getting some work done on their house, we asked who they recommend for plumbing issues, and they recommended us to Harry W. Wells & Son Inc. We called this morning and Roxanne assigned this work order to an employee immediately.
Jason was very knowledgeable about plumbing, explaining what was wrong, how he fixed it, and how to proceed (e.g., how long before we can use the tub again). He got the job completed in a little over an hour and multiple repairs (tub faucet, toilet flush, tub spout caulking, etc) totaled under $ 200. We’re pretty satisfied with the outcome!

I used them recently for a job. Quick reply and seemed to do a decent job, but I felt like there was some upselling that ended costing me more than if I had gone with someone else.

I live in a 120 year old house, so of couse there’s going to be problems… well, the heating seemed to have gone out in certain rooms of the house. This wasn’t much of a suprise since the pipes were making really loud noises for awhile. We called our trusted plumbing company Harry W Wells & Sons and they came to our rescue! We called around 7:15am, and the lady told us someone would be out to the house between midmorning and noon. Jay arrived right on time around 10:30 and was able to diagnose and explain what the problem was. He explained what needed to be done, which parts needed to be replaced and why, and performed the necessary tests. He was quick, efficient, polite and very knowledgable.
This is the third time we’ve used Harry W Wells and Sons. It is a local company located within our neighborhood, so that is a plus! The first time we needed a new water heater installed and they did the installation quickly with no hiccups afterwards. The second time we had a cast iron toilet flange issue and the plumbers got down and dirty to fix it! I should stress here the issues are independent of any previous work provided by Harry W Wells and Sons– these are all separate issues with the house! Each time we’ve had a really quick response from Harry W Wells and Sons and have been really impressed with the service. The cost of materials and repairs are very reasonable as well.
