My boyfriend and I went here yesterday to purchase our first hookah. We didn’t know too much about them or how they worked but the customer service we got was amazing. We spent 26 $ on a two hose small hookah and we love it! They had a table of 50% shisha that we picked some nice flavors from as well. The guy at the counter was really great at explaining everything and setting up our hookah for us. We will definitely be returning!

So the staff here was great. I needed a grinder-​sold at the body jewelry counter for some reason-​and a dab tool for my vape pen. Friendly staff in two locations got me what I needed and on my way.
However-​this place has lost its way as a head shop. No longer «peace and love,» the selection of knives and guns here was abhorrent, and doesn’t belong here.
Worse, there is a giant Trump sign in the front door. If this business is going to support racist and misogynist political campaigns and perpetuate armed violence, I’ll take my business elsewhere.

Save your money, because they sell made in China junk. Go to ebay instead and get the same stuff at a fraction of the cost. Also, the manager has a real attitude and apparently the staff is paranoid about shoplifting or something because they follow you around the store the whole time you are shopping. I didn’t appreciate the gestapo tactics, and I am never going back there again! Don’t need the BS!!!

My friend and I have both spent thousands in the glass department of this store and have recommended this place to multiple people. Sadly this will no longer be the case. After purchasing a $ 20 baja poncho my friend had problems within the first two weeks. The sleeves were tearing apart at the seam and multiple other holes popped up in the poncho. We have been customers for years and assumed it would be no problem to give him a refund and allow him to pick out a new one. Unfortunately when Nick went in there he was shut down by the lady in charge of returns. She claimed that it was his fault for the rips and that he must’ve got it caught on something and been too rough with it… she only offered the 30% employee discount on a new poncho… which while walking out of the store and checking the bag he realized it already had a hole in it and immediately returned it. We will not be returning to headlines again or recommending it to anyone.

Headlines has some really cool stuff in it, though a tad expensive. It is a cool store to browse through because they have cool stuff. Their glass selection is way overpriced and nothing special though, a huge rip off.

Having been a customer here for years, I am disappointed by the decline in service the past 2 times I’ve been here. Not only are their products WAY overpriced ($ 18 for the cheapest metal dabber) I spent over 20 minutes picking out the specific pieces I needed for a project (challenging and unnecessarily time consuming because they wouldn’t let me see them side by side). There was another small piece I needed, but they would only sell me the set, because even though it was clear it had been sold separately in the past and they would be ordering more, they could not just sell me the one piece I needed. After agreeing to purchase the complete set I was informed that they would not sell me anything because of my perceived «rudeness.» I don’t know what kind of business turns down over $ 100 in sales after dragging the customer through those kind of hoops, but I guess it’s this one. The ridiculous prices were something I could get past, being treated this way and having my time wasted is something I cannot. I would HIGHLY recommend seeking your glass somewhere else– you’ll pay less, have more pleasant interactions, and hopefully go home with what you labored over selecting.

It was very busy but was very happy overall.

They do have a great glass section but getting help from employees is a challenge. I have had employees roll their eyes at me several times when asking to look at a particular item that is behind the counter.
They need to improve on their customer service or I will only be shopping at Twisted across the street who has great customer service.

Haha. This place totally reminds me of high school when I used to live in the area. Good times, 4 stars, worth checking out.

Awesome stuff. Great place for gifts. Jewelry is gorgeous, reasonably priced. Awesome clothes. Great collectibles. Place to go for hard to buy for people in your life. Staff is sooo nice. Can bring your dog in on a leash. Love it, love it, love it!

Need a new crossbow, BB gun or knife? They got it.
What else do they have? Wolf and fairy statues, gauged piercings, motorcycling gear, incense galore, exotic dancing costume and shoes, lighters, books, DVDs…
I will say the adult shop was a bit expensive and not a lot of variety (you’re better off at Amazing)
Five years ago, this would have been my one stop shop. Now, it’s fun to just peak around.

Headlines is a one-​stop shop for all your vices. Think of it as a department store for your dirty little secrets and not-​so-​secrets. Smoking paraphernalia? Check. Adult toys and DVDs? Check. Knifes, airguns, and bows & arrows? Body jewellery? Check. Latex and PVC clothing? Check. I could go on, but you get the idea.
The staff of each section is knowledgeable (if not a little cliché) and the prices are mostly excellent (if not a little steep on the clothes). Sales are abundant. The quality of goods is top-​notch.
I had been looking forward to going to Headlines for a long time and I certainly wasn’t disappointed; I look forward to taking another trip north in the near future. Oh, and Massachusetts residents — remember, no sales tax in New Hampshire.

i totally love this place, although that could be based on nostalgia from high school. if ever you needed expensive, but quality, medieval dresses, swords, cross bows, fairy nonsense, body jewelry, regular jewelery, or smoking paraphernalia, this is your place. i don’t know what incense they use, but that place has a distinctive smell that i love to come back to once in a while. the staff is generally pretty helpful, and every once in a while you find a pretty awesome deal on something. i’d highly recommend it!
