Took over a month to get the bookcase that was ordered over the web. First attempt at delivery was a damaged unit. Had to wait another week for a new one. That too had issues but after a month I figure I can work with it. Very disappointed with the Mill Stores. Previous purchases went well but this one was very bad.

Primarily unfinished furniture with some factory finished items as well. Mostly medium quality, good for most needs. Nice kids options, shelving selections, dining rooms. They also do finishing and delivery. Good choice of stains/paints, will do custom and they have some hardware options. Reasonable pricing even for finishing work, average dresser/chest done for $ 100-$ 150. From soft pine to hardwoods and more in catalogs for order if you don’t find it in the store, just ask.
Salesperson was quite helpful and knowledgeable. Very pleasant experience. Now to customize what I want to make my home gorgeous!
