I have gotten many gel manicures in my day. I recently moved to Nashua and am trying to find my regular salon. I have not found it yet.
I arrived on a Sunday afternoon. I arrived shortly after two other women. Instead of just telling me they were busy and I’d have to wait a while, they wrapped up my nails and I waited about an hour before any one actually started to help me. I wanted to just walk out, but I would have had peeling polish to deal with. It was 2 hours to get the manicure. In addition, they tech kept switching who was helping me. Finally once my top coat was on, the tech had me keep my hands in the UV dryer for 10 minutes. I don’t need to get cancer because she wants to start helping the next person who’s been waiting. It was terrible. It felt rushed, even though it took 2 hours. The techs were inattentive and the salon was understaffed for a weekend. There were only 3 people working there. I guess it’s cheap, so there’s that.

I’ve been coming to this place for manicures and pedicures since they opened. George is always a gracious host and goes the extra mile to make his customers happy. I feel bad for them because they had a disgruntled employee have her friends write bad reviews and they have lost a lot of business because of that. Trust me, I know my spa services. This is the best place in the Nashua area for all nail services. Last week, I experienced, probably, the best Pedi I’ve ever had. They have really comfy chairs, and even use hot stones for no extra charge. Oh and parking is easy! Your review helps others learn about great local businesses.

I had been going there for a while and was at first happy with the pedicures, it did indeed turn with a new technician, the first time I had her she told me «not to worry, she had ugly feet, too «and she also complained I that I was not not paying her in cash… Then when I returned with my 2 granddaughters and had the same technician. Not only did she completely spray me down with water (I mean a full shower) when I told her that the water was to cold. Then she proceeded with cutting into an ingrown toenail without explaining to me what was going on. Luckily a more experienced tech helped out. The other tech working with my granddaughters was wonderful. How ever, my personal experience left me with a «that women will never touch my feet again! I may go there again, but I do not know this woman’s name, and I will never allow her near my feet again!

You get what you pay for. If you keep that in mind you won’t be disappointed with your experience at this «salon». Salon Nashua is mainly a nail place. For $ 20 I got a great gel manicure and am extremely happy with the final result. I wasn’t pampered but I left with what I came in for and would go back for another manicure. I’m only giving four stars because I thought the nail tech could have been more gentle. The salon itself is run down and messy but all the tools were disinfected and I felt confident I wouldn’t be leaving with an infection, always a bonus at bargain price nail shops.

Sorry to say that the service has not been as good as it was. The girls working there are very pleasant and do a nice job, but I think I have been getting stuck with the grumpy guy. The service has been declining for a little while now (partially due to the fact I am getting stuck with the same person) and I have started to seek my services elsewhere. I have occasionally popped in to give it another chance only to be disappointed. The final straw was a week or so ago when my manicure was rushed through as more people walked in passed closing time and my nail tech was getting visibly upset.
However, I do suggest getting the OPI gel nails. Those seem to last the longest!

DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! Went with my girlfriend on a Sunday. Very disappointing service, especially considering only two other people were in there at the time. No brand name nail polish! I had scalding hot water for my feet, hers was ice cold. When asked to adjust the temperatures they put a only splash of water in and never bothered asking how it was after that. Barely any message for the feet and both of our pedicures lasted a total of 20 minutes each. Will not be returning!

Absolutely horrible customer service.
About a week and a half ago on a Friday I had called ahead and made an appointment at 5:30. I arrived early and just hung out in the mean time. One of the nail techs came over to me and saw that I had gel on my nails and brought me over to her station to soak the gel off. She put the foils on my nails and then walked away. Once 5:30 came around she didn’t come back so I waited and waited. Once it was 5 minutes to 6 my nails had already been soaking for almost 40 minutes at this point. I went against my better judgement of just walking out and I went up to the manager and told him that I had been waiting to be serviced when my appointment began almost a half hour ago. He told me that my nails needed time to soak off and I told him that they’ve been soaking for already 40 minutes. He rolled his eyes and finished up with his customer and began to work on my nails. He rushed my manicure and still left the dust from the nail filings on my nails as well as residual cotton from when he wiped my nails down. I brought this up to him at various points during the service and he kept insisting «don’t worry it’ll be smooth by the time I finish».
I had picked out a color from this brand swatch I never heard of and the color didn’t match the swatch at all so I ended up picking out another color. The formula was thick and goopy and the manager just slathered it on my nails. When the manager had finished doing my nails I was horrified. My polish was extremely thick, had air bubbles and the residual cotton suck in it and just looked overall terrible. Literally the WORST gel manicure I have ever gotten in my life. I told the manager I was unhappy with the manicure and pointed out everything and all he said was «this is how we do it here». Actually, you do as your customer says since they’re paying you to do their nails the way they like it, not how you like it. I told him to take off the gel and that I wasn’t paying for a subpar gel manicure. He told me that he didn’t want to damage my nails any further. I told him that my nails were already damaged from soaking in acetone for over 40 minutes. I paid for a basic mani and left. Will never go back.

Best $ 25 dollar pedicure, got more than I expected, very clean, I know because I do this for a living! Gentle man was very attentive to detail.

This was one of the worst manicures I have ever had! They didn’t take off all my old nail polish, and you can see it through the gel manicure I got. My nails were filed down unevenly and I had to fix it myself. The polish itself is uneven and was stuck to my actual finger not just the nail. They were very busy when I was in there, and she rushed through giving me my manicure. I will never go back! It was not right.

I have been to this salon 1x. Had a pedicure and french shellac.
The salon is adequate but nothing special when I compare to it to other businesses; not a «spa» experience. That being said, I had the BEST french shellac manicure. My nails are shaped perfectly and the white tips are fabulous! The pedicure was basic but satisfactory. The scheduling may be an issue; I had an «appointment» but that may not mean that services will start at that time. Staff were friendly but not personable but that was ok with me in that the results are worth a return visit! I had service with a female tech.

Everyone is really friendly here!
I went for my first time 3 weeks ago for a fill. They have a great selection of OPI nail polish. Everything seemed very clean and well taken care of. I am going back for a fill today!
