After 3 doctor’s not figuring out what was wrong with my foot. I had some terrible experiences with all the different orthopedic doctors. I came here and instantly had a treatment plan and surgery scheduled within two months of first being seen. They are almost always on time. They take the time to listen and I am always treated with respect. I can’t recommend them enough.

As a mom and pediatric critical care nurse, I would not recommend this place, particularly for pediatric patients.
My son was recently seen here for a fractured arm that happened while we were on vacation. The ortho doctor (Mariano) acted like it was an inconvenience to answer any of my questions or especially my son’s questions. Really poor bedside manor. It was also like pulling teeth to get the MD to physically hand write or type out his diagnosis and recommendations. I requested these for our primary care physician and ortho department back home. After much pleading, it took him all of 30 seconds to do this.
After being seen back home, the pediatric ortho team disagreed with Mariano’s treatment suggestions and came up with a new plan.
The cost was pricey too. We have Tricare insurance (military) and are so blessed to rarely have out of pocket expenses. Not this time. NHOC charges such a high price that our insurance only paid «the going rate» so to speak. Leaving us with a costly bill.

Ended up having surgery with Dr. Heaps. Nashua Ambulatory staff is friendly and made me feel at ease prior to my surgery. Dr. Heaps knows what he is doing and would definitely recommend.

Nashua Orthopedics is simply the best around. I’ve been going for years to get help from Dr. Price and Dr. Bouvier and they’ve been tremendous. Dr. Price recommended Physical Therapy instead of surgery for my bad back, and six weeks later I was up and running. How many surgeons recommend PT instead of surgery? It’s a great group and I give them my best recommendation.

Be wary of their business practices. They copied my medical records and included triplicates and then charged me per page for my own records! What a scam! They also have extremely poor financial prudence.
They required an office vist to give my results when most other practitioners call with the results to save you (and them) the time and money for the visit.
Avoid this practice if you can, they are not patient friendly.
