Used to like this store, but I’ve realized that management really couldn’t care less about the customers.
I won’t be going back to this store ever again.
In fact, I won’t be shopping at any Paper Store’s again.
Recently tried to return an item I purchased as a Christmas gift, but they wouldn’t refund my credit card, as it was just beyond the 30 day limit. Just about every other store gives you until the end of January– but not the Paper Store. Even when I asked if they could make an exception here — they told me ‘No’.
That example, along with others, has helped me make up my mind that they prefer to nickel and dime the customer for the short run, rather than keep happy customer’s coming back to the store.
No customer service– then no customer.
They just lost another customer — for life — with me. Too bad really.

There are several Paper Stores in this area, but I’ll take this one for its selection of gifts and cards. Nice costume jewelry too.
