If I could give 0 stars, I would. I was quoted $ 35.00 by phone. Carlos locksmith Co. was actually the one who showed up. He was there 10 min and tried to charge me $ 200.00. A supervisor tried to explain to me afterwards that it really depends on how hard it is to get the door knob unlocked and what type of doorknob it is because they are all made differently and some are harder to unlock then others. I explained to him it was a regular doorknob from Lowe’s and it wasn’t hard for him at all since it only took 10 minutes to unlock and didn’t use any parts. He then started yelling at me over the phone and stated that his business is a very honest business and if I don’t like his rates then don’t bother calling them again. So to prove my point, a friend of mine called the company and explained that he locked his keys in his home in the same complex as myself and explained the type of doorknob it was and etc. He was quoted $ 55.00. DONOTTRUSTTHISCOMPANY. They are very pushy and rude. Worst customer service ever. They give you a cheap rate over the phone just to get to you then jacks the rate up enormously. At that point, you have no choice but to pay them. I wish I would have read the previous reviews before calling them. Perhaps if Carlos was working alone, it may have not cost me $ 200. Do not call 24⁄7 Nashville locksmith at 615−549−0564. You will get ripped off.

RIPOFF!!! Horrible horrible horrible. There’s a reason they have one star. Again as the other review said they told my son it would be about 30 to look at it. They took my(mom) credit card over the phone and guaranteed me they would call and give estimate. Well 144 plus tax later. I guess it was really complicated to unlock my sons car. What they said they charged and what they actually charge are two different things. These people should be ashamed of themselves. I hope they get such bad reviews no one calls them and they go out of business. Expensive lesson for my son. If they only have 1 star it’s for a darn good reason.

I would first like to say that I am usually one to sing praises for great service. I come to Unilocal when visiting any restaurant or looking for any service. However, I have never received such horrible service in my life, and I don’t want anyone else to experience it. P. S. — I work in customer service, so I know the power of reviews. In a desperate situation where my roommate and I were locked out of our house, we called the first Locksmith company we could find on Google(this was literally at 11 p.m. at night) on 7⁄31. We asked a price on the phone just to be sure this is the company we wanted to use and were told approximately $ 19 to come out and $ 25 for service. After waiting for about an hour, a couple arrived at our house, introduced themselves and started working. Fast forward about another HOUR — we were charged $ 158!(Mind you, the website says that if «complications» arise and the customer will be charged extra, they will be notified BEFORE the service begins). Since they had already completed the service, we had no choice but to pay. We called the company several times to try to get this situation figured out, discuss reimbursement and try to come to an agreement. Several calls to the company later, we called again today, 10⁄9. To try to wrap this up, we did not receive a reimbursement. We were told they do not give quotes over the phone, even after requesting they pull up the recorded phone call where we INDEEDQUOTES. We spoke to 5 different people — 2 hung up in our faces, one put us on hold and hung up, one yelled at us and then we spoke to the manager — Tony Williams. Tony yelled through the phone that we were«not going to receive any additional help,» «to never call the company again,» «use another service next time,» «stop lying,»…you understand. We were offered a WHOPPING $ 25 out $ 158…for being lied to, hung up on, YELLEDAT and misquoted. To make things WORSE, their«Corporate Office» addressed listed for questions and complaint is: 1299 Farnam Street, Suite 300, Omaha, Nebraska, 68102. Type that into Google, and you’ll find links to a business center in Omaga, Nebraska. I do not know what more to say besides if you find yourself in a desperate situation and locked out of your house/car, DONOTCALL(615) 378‑6291. If you do, you better ask them the price first, because they won’t tell you.
