All-American Pest Control

After using a competitor for a couple of years and catching them driving up, leaving a bill and then leaving without performing the work, I looke into All-​American. I had heard the advertisements on the Dave Ramsey show and got in on one of his specials. All I can say is WOW!
First off, the tech that comes out to spray (David) is awesome! He is extremely thorough and is very mindful of our cat and takes special care to make sure that any products that are used are well out of her reach. He does a great job and on the rare occasion that we see something inside the house (usually ants) he doesn’t just sling something down and then leave. He has taken the time to track down where the ants come in and figured out that it was due to a rose bush that was attracting them. I dug up the bush and no more ants!
One of the great things is that All-​Americans approach is to treat outside so that you don’t have to treat inside. I’m happy to say that it really does work! Even better, you don’t have to take time off from work, although it’s such a pleasure to work with David that I really don’t mind when I do!

after being told completely wrong rates for everything by sales person, then having to wait days for exterminator to show up, we’re told — «i don’t get on ladders,.» um — where are bee hives usually? i don’t believe on the ground,. oh– and the sales person saw everything the job required before dispatching anyone,. then we are told by the owner of the company– «thats just the way he does it,.» COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME,.

I hired All-​American to come over and deal with an infestation. Salesman came out first, looked at problem and informed me what the company would do. Technician came out to handle the problem and informed me he doesn’t climb ladders. The issue would require a step ladder… not a 20 foot ladder… Seriously? A company that handles spiders, bees, etc. can’t climb ladders? Obviously if the salesman had mentioned this, I wouldn’t have wasted their time. But this is just another example of a company whose sales people aren’t in touch with company practices. Is no one accountable anymore?

I have nothing but great things to say about All American Pest Control. They are very friendly and knowledgable. I have used them for about 2 years now and they come every 3 months. One month we had more than usual spiders, but they came back and sprayed at no charge. I would highly recommend them!
