Nothing they advertise is true. There’s a darn good reason that none of their cars have warranties. My car started acting shady less than 30 days in. 60+ days after my purchase, I’ve already had to replace the battery, and now I’ve got a car with an engine that won’t hold oil.
And they referred me to their partner shop. They said I’ll need to pay ANOTHER 100.00, and they’ll pay $ 73. I’m trying to figure out wtheck I’m paying a $ 400 car note and have immediate necessary repair bills. Avoid this place at all costs.
They only ‘care’ until you sign the papers. Our until you show up asking them what you need to sign to give them their junk car back. Even the 45 people at the front desk will let you stand there for 10 minutes before they acknowledge you.
If you’re thinking about it… no. Just no. I’m super close to deciding that it’s worth the voluntary repo.
Update: Nora in Finance is an especially disreputable huma… ask for another account manager if you get assigned to her.

Auto Masters has a great selection of vehicles, and I was encouraged when they offered me Kelley Blue Book fair values on my trade. My sales person quoted me an outrageous figure for the vehicle I was interested in purchasing, approximately $ 5500 higher than the very top of it’s Blue Book retail value. Of course, this was without tax, title and license. After over an hour of negotiation, they would not come down on their price, nor give me a reason why the vehicle in question was worth so much more than the KBB suggested retail price.
Auto Masters lists their huge inventory online without prices, suggesting that the customer «Call Us!» for a good deal. After my experience at their lot, I’m aware now that Auto Masters is in the business of selling sketchy «Buy Here, Pay Here» financing rather than vehicles.
