I have tried very hard to do business with this company. I scheduled four different times (silly me) and each time they no showed. Even the manager no showed!!! They are full of apologies but it is meaningless because they are so irresponsible. The customer service is TERRIBLE! What kind of company repeatedly ignores a customer that wants to do business with them. I haven’t heard much good about empire but really wanted to give them a chance. Don’t do it. They don’t care about you!

I was very disappointed with this company. Very difficult to work with. I rather go to Home Depot who was much more helpful then Empire.
