Firestone Complete Auto Care

I have been using their services for over 10 years. Roderick and his staff have been together for a long time. They have very little turnover. They are courteous, friendly and honest. You receive a friendly greeting when you walk in, and they even go as far to remember a little bit about. They even know my dog’s name. It’s nice to go to place where you feel consistent trust.

Total rip off. Parts are exremely overpriced. You are told to get unnecessary repair work done on your car.
I went there for a regular check up of my car. I expected an oil chang and a few minor work. I was told that my car needed a spark plug change, differential service, coolant anti freeze, cabin air filter, new hub wheel assembly and allignment. I trusted that I needed it and decided to get it done. My total expenses were 1200 $.
When I researched more I found that all I needed was the oil change and hub wheel assembly which would have cost me 200 – 300 $. Lesson learnt!

Personal Opinion:
Firestone by any standards is a complete auto repair shop that does great work! I believe they specialize more so in tire repair and the purchase of tires more then anything. I say this because the prices just for an oil change are just ridiculous!
The Good: Whatever repairs you need done to your car they can pretty much handle anything,.customer service is excellent and the job will get done right! If they make any mistake they will notify you asap and fix it for free so no complaints whatsoever. What i love the most is the plenty of mechanics on duty and that it doesn’t take long for them to start on your vehicle. The employees at the counter will give you a print out of all the issues with your car and how much they charge to fix it which is good cause I can shop around for cheaper prices!
The Bad: PRICES! I love that they show you what needs to be fixed on your car but by no means are the prices competitive with other shops. Here you will spend some money just for an oil change so you might as well splurge on a tune up with all the trimmings that it includes.
I will return here cause you want quality work on your car! But will leave the simple things that need to be fixed up to cheaper competitors…

Tire repair. Staff most helpful. Wait time short.

Firestone is what it is. The staff here is friendly and they have a job to do in terms of «up selling» which is not very comfortable as a consumer. However, I know how to say «no» and I think the service I receive here is okay.

Very bad service. I am not talking about oil change or buying tires. I am talking about the mechanic work. They charge for unnecessary things and make you buy stuff you dont need.
