Get It Done

I’m also completely dissatistifed with this company and they haven’t even cleaned my house yet! I purchased a Living Social deal and after numerous attempts to contact them I finally have an appointment scheduled. They insist that you use their online scheduling program, but the last appt I scheduled through there was never confirmed, and when I emailed asking about it (a week later) they informed me that that appt was not available for the area that I live in… They respond to about 30% of emails, never to a phone call, and are short and rude in response. I asked for a refund and they refused. Now I’m nervous about having them come to my house! Never written a bad review before either but this is ridiculous. They are anything but professional and I too wonder if they are an actual business. Feeling ripped off and they haven’t even cleaned yet!

I purchased a 3-​hour home cleaning with Get It Done a couple weeks ago using an Amazon Local deal. I was super-​pumped to have someone come and clean my house before my family arrived for a visit from out of town. I scheduled them to come the day before my guests arrived, but the cleaners never showed up. I was annoyed, to say the very least. My emails were not responded to, and my phone calls went unanswered and unreturned. I’m not even sure that this is a legitimate business, honestly. There is little to no information about this business anywhere other than what is on their own sketchy website, and I felt like I’d been scammed. I finally contacted Amazon, and they issued a refund. I have never reviewed a business before, but felt like I should with this one. Two thumbs down.
