Hampton Inn

This hotel knows how to create a celebration weekend for grateful guests! It was my birthday and we wanted a good get away, close to Atlanta. When we made our reservations my husband let it slip the 24 was my big day and they took it from there! Tom, you were great!
The hotel is under renovations but it seemed to be well contained and our room was wonderful. large, comfortable and well appointed. We enjoyed the graphics throughout the hotel… event the keys are fun.
Beautifully presented, hot breakfast and they kept it perfect until the last guest.
Yes, they did 5 stars in their price range and we loved our stay!

They have clearly taken previous bad reviews to heart and are very focused on customer service! I can think of no complaints. With the remodeling and customer focus, it felt like a very high quality yet comfortable hotel =)
— The staff was SO friendly and helpful — always asking if there was anything we needed. It was my birthday and when they found out, everyone wished me a happy birthday for 2 days!
— Very clean, newly remodeled rooms which had a fridge and microwave
— There were always tea, coffee, bottled water, and apples out and usually cookies, tea, and lemonade
— Good breakfast which included proteins (eggs & bacon)
— There is a great area for sitting /​working with couches, high and low tables, outlets

Rooms are very clean, complimentary wifi for guests, and nice setup for breakfast and coffee. This hotel was much cleaner than neighboring hotels. I recommend this for lodging.

Perfect place to just rest your head after a long day in downtown Nashville.
Not fancy but it has exceeded all my expectations

This Hampton Inn left a lot to be desired. We had been staying In many hotel brands traveling cross country. This was not the worse but almost! Hence one star rating. Our room was large enough to be a king suite but really… no refrigerator in 2014? Well probably because there would be no way to plug it in! Yeah… leave your electronics at home if you stay here because recharging will be a challenge and don’t plan to reheat any food or pop any corn in this suite-​no microwave either. Plus no indoor pool! But the price would lead you to believe you’d get these amenities. Yes the room was clean and the bathroom was renovated somewhat-​new tile and vanity but low toilets never updated and all the furnishings were beat up. Ancient wallpaper border was peeling off the wall. But the worse were the sheets! They were too small for the bed and kept rolling off! The best I can offer for 1 star are these positives:
Nice flat screen TV with good variety cable channels
Partially updated bathroom
Clean bed linens that don’t fit and good firm pillows
Clean room
Updated lobby area somewhat
Breakfast just ordinary
I would recommend finding another hotel in this price range. We stayed in other cities for far less with far more amenities. This place was too costly for what you get.

Wow… This is my first «BAD» Hilton property. After decades of travel and thousands of nights in Hilton hotels I found the worse Hampton Inn ever… right here in my backyard.
I had some friends coming into town for the weekend and the house was already full so I thought I would treat them to a stay at a nice hotel. I drove to the hotel and walked in. There were two people working the counter, one was with a customer in front of me, the other on the phone working a reservation.
After a few minutes the customer left and the other clerk finished his call. I continued to wait with no «Welcome…Be with you in a minute… not even a glance.
I picked up a business card off the front desk and called the hotel. Of course one of the clerks answered my call. I told him I need 2 rooms for the weekend and eventually he figured out he was talking to the customer who he had been ignoring for five plus minutes.
He quoted me 189 a night per room. Of course I had already checked online and the normal rate for that room on those nights were 129.
I went across the street where I was greeted and offered rooms for 75 a night.
I learned my lesson but I doubt this Hampton Inn did.

This is a great hotel to stay at just outside Nashville. It only took us about 10 – 15 minutes to drive downtown, and it was nice being a bit removed from the rush of the city. The surroundings were very green and beautiful, and we had a lovely view from our room. The entire hotel was very quiet and we slept very peacefully. I was also very pleased with the breakfast that was served the next morning. Overall, I have no complaints and would recommend staying here!

I’ve stayed in many Hamptons during my travels, but this location has the best one I’ve yet encountered. Very clean and well-​maintained, and QUIET — far enough from the interstate highway that I could scarcely hear the traffic. The hotel staff was very friendly and welcoming, and I had no issues during my 2-​night stay.
The only negative I have to mention pertains to the free breakfast — the scrambled eggs are made from a powdered mix and are really not fit to eat. They really should do something to improve that. Otherwise, the make-​it-​yourself waffles and the other breakfast items, including the sausage patties, were quite palatable. One day we had biscuits and gravy, which were nearly as good as what Mrs. Bear makes — so why can’t they do eggs better? Oh well — not many breakfast joints in the immediate vicinity, so I just went with it.

We love this Hampton Inn. They have made some updates to lobby and breakfast was well run and good. Best thing is staff that accommodates all my requests, date changes, adjoining rooms, roll away bed was in the room made up and waiting.

We hsve stayed on Hampton inns in a lot if different cites. This particular hotel is all right. It’s not the nicest and it’s not updated as we would expect. The pool was pretty popular but not enough chairs for parents to sit& watch kids swim. So standing room only. The pool assist handle getting into and out of the pool is broken and watch several people almost fall back into the pool due to the broken handle. We got hood at warning people if we saw them. The rooms were just ok and no fridges in rooms like advertised. I would look around for some other places before staying here again.
