Mimi’s Nail Spa

Loved the service. Everyone was really nice and polite. Environment was great. I got shellac manicure and I was really impressed with the work they did. My manicurist definitely took the time to do a fantastic job.

The cheapest pedicure is $ 30 but it is a WONDERFUL pedicure! The manicurists are very kind and accommodating. I would definitely come back!

Great customer service and a nice atmosphere. Mimi, the manager was very nice and willing to answer all the questions I had about a particular manicure. They also have a nice variety of services that’ll turn your visit to a real spa day!

This place is awesome! I’ve lived in the area all my life and I’ve passed this place for years-​I was definitely missing out!
All the nail techs are amazing and great at what they do. They take their time and are detailed and precise in their work, so make sure you carve out enough time in your schedule when you come. One of the only cons is that there aren’t many techs available at a time (usually like 3), so sometimes the walk in wait time can be really long. I would suggest making an appointment!
The place is very very peaceful and beautifully decorated. No chatty techs here! They are all about business. Very neat and clean and organized. Plenty of colors to choose from (organized by color for convenience) and more gel options than I’ve ever seen anywhere else.
Complimentary drinks include water, soda, or boxed wine. Pedicure massage chairs are amazing and comfortable. The gel manicure also comes with a neck massage which may be my favorite part!
Prices are fair for the quality of services you receive. A spa pedicure and gel manicure run me $ 60. They occasionally have specials so make sure to sign up on the email list!

The manicure itself is pretty good, but it took them 45 minutes after my appointment time to finally get to me! When the technician did finally sit down to start my pedicure, she rushed through it to «make up for it.» Then, when I moved over to start my manicure, I had to wait for another ten minutes because there’d been a «miscommunication» on who was supposed to be doing my nails.
I’m sure had they planned better, it would’ve been a great experience. My nails look good at the end of the day but it was beyond frustrating to sit and wait for that long.

Recently moved to the area and have been trying all the local nail salons to find my new favorite. I’m extremely picky because my nails are very thin so I need to find that one tech that I’ll go to every time. After three months I haven’t been blown away by anyone at any other salon until I met Skylar at Mimi’s. She was fantastic! Very methodical, detail oriented and didn’t give me a hard time when I asked her to fix something.
The facility is clean and seems pretty new. They carry several kinds of gel polish (including CND Shellac — my favorite) and of course plenty of regular polish brands.
Overall the cost of nail services in the Nashville area is more expensive than back on the east coast but they throw in a glass of wine and a shoulder massage so at least you feel like you’re getting a little more for the money.
I will definitely be back and hope to see Skylar every other weekend!

Do not go to this salon if you want to be treated with respect! The staff here Thanh in particular does not want to hear how you would like your nails done. Customer Service is not a priority for this salon. The owner Mimi does not honor your appt times and will make you wait. With an industry of a nail salon on every corner I am surprised that an owner would allow her employees to be so disrespectful and oblivious to offering any level of customer service.

Great service. A little pricey, 30 $ for a basic pedicure. But the pedi turned out nice. Not a huge polish selection, but enough to choose from. Will be back!

Great nail spa — very clean, very friendly, and always accommodating. Mimi and her team are professional and considerate. They offer a variety of services at reasonable prices.

Awesome location with plenty of parking. The inside is bigger than it looks from outside. They have a large section for pedicures with the massage chairs. You can pay with cash or card. They told me they have a rewards program and they can email your receipt to you. Very polite and professional. The young lady that did my nails took her time and helped me choose a color. She recommend gel to last longer. I have never had gel so I will see if it does. Then after she was done with my hands she gave me a neck massage. Very relaxing. Overall I give this place thumbs up. Prices are comparable to other locations.

I went into the salons and they only had one customer. I ask if I could get my nails done. The lady looked at me and said she no. She didn’t give me any explanation. I stood there a little shocked and confused since the place was nearly empty and they weren’t closing for a hour and a half. I turned around and left. I won’t be back and will not recommend to anyone!

Great spot, great folks, super friendly. I had a glass of wine and hors d’oeuvres while I waited on my wife to get her pampering. Perfect location, always good parking. Go see Mimi!

Mimi is very sweet and was very quick to correct an issue I had with a gel manicure chipping a couple of times due to an improper repair. She fixed all of my nails for me and they look beautiful. She even got me in at an earlier time when my schedule had an unexpected change. The nail salon is very cute and the pedicure area looks inviting and relaxing, although I have yet to indulge. I think that they even give a 10% discount for cash payments… I definitely recommend giving Mimi a visit and getting some pampering!
