My wife and I moved to Texas using Morgan Moving. When our furniture arrived in Texas, we had an armoire whose door was shattered, a valuable clay pot that was shattered, plus other issues as well. The driver, who was a good guy and actually did a great job, showed up for the move, not knowing that I had a grand piano to move, and had no gear to move it with. I had to jump in my car with him and take him to a dealer where he bought moving equipment to move my piano. Cost us an hour, and I was not pleased. I tried calling Morgan numerous times, and almost never got a return call. I wouldn’t use this company to move a flower pot, much less a houseful of our furniture; bad service, bad customer relations, bad management. Even after destroying our armoire and two valuable hand-thrown clay pots, the claims department at Bekins(who actually did the move) sent us a fraction of the cost of the items. Bekins Van LInes(owned by Wheaton) and Morgan Movers are a bad combination.

We hired this company to unload a truck we had loaded. First impressions with Briley were great, and we thought things would go well. Day of move was awful, movers arrived 3 hours late due to truck issue. Once here I requested additional workers and was told none were available. As the hours dragged on I was able to get additional workers. Over half the workers were useless and took repeated breaks all while complaining about their jobs. Workers were slow all day long and didn’t finish until nearly 10 pm. «Movers» would put boxes into house and leave them in the middle of the floor in the wrong room, and mostly on the wrong level. There was zero regard for any of our belongings as is shown by the holes in the walls as they moved furniture. Workers would take off and go into second floor bathrooms with private items in them. They also walked into kitchen and would open food containers and eat right out of them. It was a sad and shocking experience that I would hope no one else goes through. The owner of the company is an jerk and has zero customer service skills. He told me I was a cheapskate trying to get out of my bill(which I paid) and that is why I was complaining. I would warn anyone who is considering this company to stay away. Overpriced, poor quality of service and just plain rude.

My husband and I hired Morgan Moving & Storage for a temporary move for renovations and it was the best decision we could have made. Danny and Alvin were super friendly and knowledgable. They helped us fit way more into storage than we thought would fit, saving us from getting rid of items we would have to purchase again later. We will be moving back in 6 months and plan to use them again and request Danny and Alvin. Worth every penny!

Very unhappy with the customer service, and moving. I felt that I was pandered and lied to so that Morgan could get me to sign their contract: –I was told that my belongings would be kept in storage in Denver. I then learn on the Delivery date that my belongings are in fact thousands of miles away. –I was told that my belongings would be delivered on a single day: Jan 2nd at 10:00AM. On January 2nd, I finally learn that Morgan actually uses a «Delivery Window», and that my belongings would not arrive for 5 more days. Very Irksome. –Morgan now expects me to miss my first day of work to wait for the movers. On top of this, I now have to start my new job without any of my suits or even a bed to sleep on. Bottom Line: Their explanations of service are to-good-to-be-true. They said just a bout anything to placate me so that I would sign the contract. When my delivery date was moved back 5 days, I was never contacted, or emailed by anyone of the Morgan team.
