When I come back to visit, I stop here to find a certain brand/scent of lotion. Sounds crazy, but I’ve looked all over TX and several other stores in TN. This last visit, they even had a type of cereal that I cant find anywhere else(I love cereal, so this is a serious issue). Cashiers tend to be friendly. Located conveniently in East Nashville. Couldn’t find my discount rewards card, but they can look it up by your phone#.

I have only dealt with the pharmacy and I can say that everyone was pleasant to deal with. Doctor calls or emails in the script, the pharmacy phones you and lets you know it’s ready to be picked up. Boom! Be sure to request generic from your doctor. Saves you $$$$$$

First let me start by saying I came down with Norovirus this week, aka the stomach flu… Holy miserable. The only thing I needed was something to make my hurling stop… Last night, I decided to go to this pharmacy to get some Emetrol. I get to the store about 910pm still feeling horrible but, hey, I can hold it together for the time it takes to get some medicine. I find what I need and go to check out counter and realize I left my card in the pocket of my coat at home. So I tell the cashier I’ll be right back, run home, and am back by 945pm… Only to find their doors already shut… Shut as in, I had to manually pry open the sliding doors to get inside, because nothing is going to keep me from from antivomiting meds… And definitely not an early close. As soon as I step inside, one of the workers says, «I’m sorry, we close in like 10 minutes ma’am.» …Yeah. I know you do. That’s why I’m doing this *before* you close. You’re a pharmacy. Your store hours are till 10pm… That means you don’t get to lock your doors at 945pm just because you want to get home sooner… Believe me, I get it. I’ve worked in retail before and I used to hate the people that would come in 2 minutes before closing… But 15? Give me a break. You aren’t a luxury goods retailer… your a pharmacy to help sick people… you sell medicine that people need. That’s what YOUDO. Or are supposed to anyway. Needless to say, I won’t be going back here again for any of my pharmaceutical needs in the future.

I love my little Rite Aid, from cadbury cream eggs to eyliner pen and cotton buds, saves me the trip into Kroger and is a lot faster. The staff are super friendly and polite and the Pharmacy girls totally organised.

its the nicest one I have found in Nashville so far. prices are higher but if you are a couponer rite aid is the place since they let you stack and stack and stack then you get the ups rewards. the employees are REALLY nice and always greeting you as you come in and you can usually get through the line quickly. store is clean and pharmacist kind

This is my go-to stop for snacks, drinks, rxs, and make up aisle browsing. Their sale prices make some items super cheap, and I find their cosmetics selection to be a little better than that of Walgreens. The cashiers are very friendly and charming. The first time I called to get something refilled here, I didn’t have my rx # and I was asked for my birthday. I gave it to the gruff sounding pharmacy tech and she asked what I needed. «Don’t you need my name?,» I asked. She sighed and said«[someone else’s name], right?» No! You think no two people out there have the same birthday? But every other time I’ve called in or picked up a prescription, it’s been perfect. In fact, once they were out of my medication and before they called to tell me this, they found another store who DID have it in stock. The pharmacist apologized and then offered to call the other store for me. I’ve worked retail pharmacy, so I know doing this is going the extra mile and I appreciate it that much more.

Rite Aid isn’t really the first choice for my pharmaceutical and various sundry needs, but they’re close, and that matters. I’ve had to have a few prescriptions filled lately and Rite Aid was close enough. They’ve been friendly and helpful every time I made a drive-thru appearance, and the service has always been great when I’ve needed to run inside. They have a Blockbuster Express station out front, which is really the only other reason I visit this location.

I almost never sign up for store savings program cards as they never seem to amount to anything but I have to admit that the Rite Aid Wellness card(no fee) has been worth the effort. Each time I come in and use it(even if I don’t have it on me, they can still look up your account info by using your phone number), I save cold hard cash. On my last visit alone, I saved $ 2.50 off of two items! For someone who doesn’t clip coupons… this is a winning situation. The check-out area staff are always super friendly but the pharmacy employees leave a bit to be desired. I asked a simple question about what aisle a product was in and the lady acted like I was asking her for money?!
