I took my old MacBook Pro in for a routine battery replacement and they not only replaced my battery, but they cleaned my laptop and replaced a minor part that I was missing. It took them 24 hours. The battery wasn’t cheap, but that’s how Apple products go… Thank you, Simply Mac — Vanderbilt!

I bought AppleTV because the guy at the store showed me how cool it would be for my kids to see on our TV whatever was on the ipad their grandmother bought them.
The AppeTV has never worked as it should. After forking out more money to Apple they suggested I take it to an Apple store to get it looked at. This store doesnt touch apple tv though — have to go to Green Hills or Cool Springs.
So you have an Apple Store that only fixes select Apple products? Lame

This place is really convenient if you work at Vanderbilt, but they overcharge relative to the Apple store and the personel in the store are sales people not techies. When I got a quote from the Apple Store and MacAuthority, MacAuthority was $ 100 more, took more time, and was less certain about what was wrong with my laptop. Just to figure out what is wrong they charge you $ 95, the Apple Store will do it for free. But then again, at least this way you don’t have to battle green hills traffic…
