TN Perfect Walk-In Clinic

Been here several times and thought I would give it another go around. In the patient room now, they are just as rude today as they were previously. Arrived at 8AM, they didn’t open until 8:10AM then told me it would be another 30min. I am only getting my cholesterol checked, simply a blood draw. Has to be a more pleasant, efficient staff elsewhere in Bellevue.

I was there about a month ago for an upper respiratory infection. My big toe has more personality than the P.A. did and her staff was so unprofessional, this should have been a red flag but there was no one else waiting and I was too sick to go elsewhere and wait. I was thrilled that there was not a wait but now I realize why! She gave me a z-​pack, cough medicine that did absolutely nothing for my cough and offered a steroid shot which I declined. I had this upper respiratory issue for 2 weeks and gave it to both of my daughters. My cough was so bad that I coughed so hard that I pulled out my back! Again, I go back because I could barely walk and was in major pain and again there was no wait… another red flag!!! My sister who is a nurse practitioner from another state was visiting me, accompanied me. My sister is very professional and very knowledgeable and introduced herself to Ms. Arab. Arab was so rude and seemed intimidated by my sister’s knowledge and when my sister questioned her about treatment and asked her if she was going to give me an examination, which she never gave me until my sister said something. It was the quickest, most lame exam that I have ever had. She was very defensive and very rude to both my sister and I. She treated me like I was a drug seeker and offered to give me a steroid pack and to take ibuprofen! I have a history of 2 bulging discs and we discussed this with her. This woman is a complete flake and has no business practicing! When we asked about a muscle relaxer or pain meds she kept referring to the sign in the waiting room saying that it’s against their policy to prescribe certain narcotic medications. Actually the sign reads that they will not REFILL these medications, says absolutely nothing about prescribing! Anyway, we left there and TOA had a cancellation and were able to see me and treat me that day. They on the other hand were very professional and did not treat me like some freak looking to get high. I will NEVER step foot in that office again and I hope that someone investigates her practice.

Physicians assistant Arab has all the empathy and compassion of a cobra. She does not do thorough examinations and if there is something seriously wrong, don’t go here; you could literally die. And all the while she will quote average healing times at you. Even called me to tell me I was all better while I was on my way to the ER with multiple serious infections. 3^rd visit. (Had to see someone late on a Weekend Thought she could handle something this simple. Apparently not.) Last visit. I could lose an organ over this. This woman should not be allowed to practice medicine. Never once did she examine me, the examination would’ve shown how serious it was.
