Two Maids & A Mop

This is a terrible housecleaning service. Different girls every week, many of which do not know how to clean house very well. The local manager is rude and unpleasant to deal with. I have a nice rug that now has bleach stains on in in two spots immediately after they left my home. Save yourself this trouble and get someone good to start with. If «0» were an option to rate this company, that is what I would give them.

These ladies are the best! When we were listing our home, before moving to Knoxville, they got it sparkling and ready for our photographer for listing. They did a final clean up after we left, and were just as accommodating the last time as they were the first! Best of all, they led me to the Knoxville team that is currently cleaning for us! Their staff are friendly and helpful, and their maids are cute as a button. They work so hard, and make it look so easy. I can only imagine how long it would take me to do their job, and how quickly I would throw in the towel (pun intended). I read some other reviews on here, and the only thing I can’t understand is why someone would be upset that a team was chatting and enjoying what they do? From what I understand, I paid for a package (not an hourly rate) so if they want to laugh while they work, that’s totally fine with me! It’s way better grumpy people who you’re afraid will break or steal everything you own. They rock, and are very much worth it. :)

First, I would like to write that if I could I would give this business 0 stars.
The reasons I would not recommend this business are as follows: I requested a deep cleaning, which the owner describes as a top to bottom «spring cleaning.» I own a small 1000 square foot home, in which the two women that came to clean my house spent about 4.5 — 5 hours cleaning as promised by the manager. Although both women were pleasant they were very «chatty» with each other and cleaned room by room at a snail’s pace in order to reach the 5 hour time mark. After they left I inspected the room one by one and found that they had not cleaned behind the living room couch or underneath the living room coffee table at all. The areas above the kitchen cabinets were not cleaned and still dusty and grimy. Areas around the kitchen sink were dirty and untouched. I found residuesof dirt around the so called cleaned bathroom and kitchen faucets. I called the company afterwards and left a message for the manager to return my call. It’s been two days so far and still have not heard from them. I do not consider this business professional in any way and certainly not customer friendly. Unless you are setting up a cleaning appointment, they don’t appear to be accommodating. I would like to state again that I would absolutely not recommend this company; bottom line, they charge a lot of money for a sub-​par cleaning job.
