Unique Flower Fashions

I am updating my review, because I feel as though this place has potential. After writing my review, I called and complained to the owner. I’ve called before, but I appreciate feedback and wanted to offer some constructive criticism. The owner expressed her regret for my experiences and thanked me for my call. She offered to replace my flowers, but I insisted that the best way to correct the situation was to fix this ongoing problem. Yesterday, my doorbell rang and I was surprised with replacement flowers. These arrangements are BEAUTIFUL, and they smell absolutely gorgeous! I wish these were the types of arrangements I would have relieved in times past, but I appreciate the owner listening to my feedback. Hopefully these will be the types of arrangements I receive in the future.

I’m always bitching that I can never find a good florist near downtown Nashville, (I know of a couple great flower shops, but that’s different). Finally found a great one in Unique Flower Fashions. 615−297−2092
The staff is very talented, the customer service is swift and specific, they have a parking lot in front, the google map is correct, and they won’t overcharge you like some establishments on West End. Quality first here, plus I just like them– they’re folksy and charming. The last arrangement I bought lasted a solid 3 weeks! They sell much more than flowers too, (if you’re looking for art, gifts or home stuff). Unique Flower Fashions is now my exclusive florist. Call em’up! (I believe they close around 4pm on Monday’s though, just fyi).

Unique Flower Fashions is a high-​end florist and antique store. Their arrangement are very traditional, and come in a variety of vases, baskets, etc. They also have a ton of fake arrangements, which go for around $ 75 each. These arrangements don’t look as real as the silk flowers I’ve seen at other florists, but they’re still definitely high quality.
The antique furniture here is very ornate and stately, with a focus on china closets and bureaus. You’ll also find an assortment of small to medium-​sized ephemeral-​looking figurines of angels, shepherds, etc. Another specialty of Flower Fashions seems to be paintings, which range from large oils in heavy gold frames to more contemporary watercolors. I found a small oil painting of some Japanese goldfish swimming around that I really liked, but unfortunately it was beyond my budget.
Considering how high-​end and specialized Flower Fashions is, I expected the staff to lean towards elitist, but they were actually very friendly and helpful.
