I was driving north, probably wouldn’t be back in the south for a long time, and decided to check this place out. When it comes to shrimp poboys, I am a firm believer that the eater should not be easily able to count the number of shrimp on the sandwhich. I was not dissapointed, and it very tasty. The staff is was friendly, and I’ll be stopping by if I come through Natchez again. I hope residents make all kinds of Nachos puns.

The building is a little more rundown than i prefer but for some reason i was drawn to it. The food was great! The staff was very pleasant. I will come again definitely.

Hot, fresh cooked to order catfish filets with cornmeal batter. Catfish and hush puppies are perfectly fried and not too greasy. Must eat them hot. Fries were not my favorite. Simple place with friendly staff and hot food. They deliver, dine in or u can get it to go. Tater tot is the cute lil redhead counter gal.

Overall the food was good and at a reasonable price. This looks like a small place on the outside but is actually bigger on the inside. Nice people and good service. I gave it 3 stars because the place could use a face lift on the outside and the front steps are an accident waiting to happen. One last thing. The hot sauce wasn’t what the label said it was. The bottle said Louisiana Hot sauce but the runny texture and lack of heat and flavor said Texas Peete

It’s all about the catfish here. Brought the grandkids here from New Jersey to have some deep fried goodness. Oldest could appreciate the corn meal batter; the younger ones had their usual chicken strips and fries like in every other place they go… The fried oysters and shrimp were big and not too greasy. The catfish was straight out of the Ol’ South; no hot spice, simply prepared. Good. The owner has a policy that kids get fried as soon as you sit down, so as to keep ‘em happy. Nice!
