Advantage Auto

The proprietor of Advantage Auto changed the name to Frasca Automotive a few months after I wrote the original review. But he sold the business earlier this year to the guy who owns the body shop across the street from him, who owns several body shops in Natick and Newton.
The owner who sold the business was able to take all of the customer records with him, so there is NO history of my cars or any customer’s cars. It’s a good thing I keep all my service orders on file so I have a record of the work done on our vehicles.
The sole employee who stayed with the new owners is trying to run the shop by himself. It appears the body shop bought the business so they would have an auto repair shop to send their cars instead of having to farm out the business.
I have found a new auto repair place in Framingham and will not be going back to International Auto Works or whatever they’re calling it.
