Bill’s Pizzeria

Bill’s is consistently a great place for lunch… staff is friendly and efficient. The calzones are amazing, and the Caesar salads w/​chicken are great too. Nice selections of food and drinks. I have never had the pizza, since I’m always distracted by their other choices, but they look great.

Best pizza in Natick by far, been here all my life and eat all around town. Not the cheapest but you get what you pay for.

This food is made with care from great ingredients. The dough has real character. Yes if I were running this place I’d add a bit more weight to the pizza crust and a bit more to the standard cheese if they added 10% to the crust and 20% to the cheese I’d be 5* all the way.
The toppings choice for pizza is very good, and the sandwiches and salads are way above standard pizza shop quality. Nice that they have tasty beer here.
The staff are really friendly and know what they are doing. Sometimes, at other pizza shops, I have taken food back to the person who cooked it and said, «would you like to serve this to your family, or to eat it yourself?» When employers treat people in the kitchen with disrespect and it becomes just a drudge job, they forget that they are making food for PEOPLE. At Bill’s I could never imagine that the staff forgets for a moment that they are cooking food for a fellow human being. It’s just that kind of place with that kind of people.

1^st time there I walked in just to get a sandwich and «lo and behold» I couldn’t believe the aroma and the food presentation (pizzas on tray stands}) and the variety they had.
Scored a lot of points when I got home with some outstanding pizza choices and am definitely going back for a sit down pasta lunch. Great addition to Natick!
**After reading previous posts condemning their pizza, I thought the pizza (3 different types) I had were fantastic. Furthermore you can see the actual pizza (if you’re getting slices) and there’s 5 or 6 different types just to look at and many more different ones that can be ordered. It seems with these reviews you either like Bill’s or you don’t. I love Bill’s and I am going back.**

I’m seriously shocked at these reviews! Sorry, but this was the WORST pizza I ever had in my life. It was dry, hardly any cheese, and just didn’t even taste like pizza. Also, the subs had all the stuffing in the middle, and nothing at the ends.
WILL NOT BE GOING BACK !

Excellent service, great atmosphere, and very good pizza. I would highly recommend this place for eating in or taking out.

Baby Spinach Salad: $ 7.95
The key word here is BABY… Maybe 2 $ worth of ingredients and charged extra for Greek dressing which should have been included in the base price. Overpriced, underfed, displeased and generally annoyed.

This is easily my favorite place for pizza. It’s just flat out delicious, and that’s what matters when you’re picking a pizza place.

I must say that we will be back. The pizza is delicious. We ordered the Grecian and the Chicken kebab. Nothing is better than a perfect thin Sicilian crust pizza. Knocks those Greek style bland crust pizzas out of the game. Would have given five stars if they offered delivery

I visited Bill’s tonight after previously being several times before. This evening, I had ordered one thing and realized when I had received it that it was the wrong menu item. I took the item back up to the counter and requested what I had actually ordered, in the nicest way possible. This man came barging up behind the counter and scoldingly confirmed what I had ordered. I received no apology, no nothing, instead, an eye roll, as if I was the biggest inconvenience. When they had finished preparing what I had ordered, again, I went to the counter and the same man shoved the food at me with no apologetic sentiment, as if I was the problem. Have a hard time justifying being back again.

I love pizza and bill’s pizza great if you want take out orders!
Great for families and kids if you want to go out as well.

The only bad thing about Bill’s is that they’re closed on Sundays. The pizzas are great and you can easily customize them to your tastes. The salads and sandwiches aren’t bad either. They also have a few beers on tap. It’s usually pretty empty inside since they do a lot of carry-​out & delivery — don’t let that fool you :)

My girlfriend introduced me to Bill’s last night, wow! I had a small greek salad: fresh greens, a nicely sized portion and a tangy balsamic vinaigrette. I also ordered a cheese calzone which was outstanding: a wonderful blend of cheeses including ricotta, mozzarella and cheddar inside a scrumptious dough (tasty and just the right amount of «chewy»). I will be back to try some of the other items (pizza, steak tips, sandwiches, etc.) on a impressively large menu!

There are some creative sandwiches. The pizza is okay. However I find the place is overpriced, for nothing special.
The service can sometimes be spotty, I have been a couple of times where they had messed up our orders. The last one being the most ridiculous and the last straw. We ordered the undecided sub (supposed to hv turkey, roast beef, ham) with peppers, but on a wrap. After a few minutes, they had called back saying they couldn’t put it in a wrap. Okay, fine, put it in a sub. Do you still want peppers and mayo/​mustard? Yes. No prob.
When I went to pick up our order, one… The price was 6 $ more than they quoted me, but then they said they charged me twice because they mess up the order. After they fixed it, it was 3 $ cheaper, because they said the order changed, and assured me that I got what we ordered and that this is the right price.
Slightly suspicious, I paid, and went home. When I got home, and opened the sandwich, they had made us a sub with peppers and mustard/​mayo… That’s it. Why would they think this is the right order? So I just paid 7.50 $ for a sub roll with peppers and some condiments. Oh I am sorry, it is toasted. That must be it…

There are a couple things here, the pizza is not good and half the staff have zero personality, it is extremely overpriced. They have the worst hours, what kind of pizza place isn’t open on football Sundays? and no delivery, they have to be one of the laziest pizza places ever. That’s kind of Crazy. But on a HAPPY note I will say they have the best meals example chicken, broccoli penne Alfredo is a huge meal for around $ 10 and fills you up its so good, only thing I would recommend there.

My husband and I discovered Bill’s this year and love living close by. They have an awesome selection of interesting toppings, putting it in a different category from your standard take-​out pizza place. I love the purple pizza, and he loves the buffalo and chicken ranch pizzas. I’d absolutely recommend giving it a try if you live in the Natick area– it’s right on 135, close to Natick Center. The only ways it could be improved would be if they delivered, and if they were open on Sunday!

Wasn’t blown away as I thought I was going to be after reading the reviews here.
PBR 16 oz’s were ICE cold though… although I think the owner thought I was going to skip out on the bill as he was watching my wife and I all through our dinner. Dude… relax…I’m 49… my chew & screw days are wayyyy behind me.

I have gone to Bill’s a few times to pick up lunch. I don’t think I would want to eat there because when it is busy it is super loud. I have had the Asian Chicken Salad which has been consistently good. There is a lot of chicken, seasoned well and nice dark green leaf lettuce. I recently had a turkey sub and that was good as well.
The staff is not overly friendly so the customer service could be amped up a bit. I would definitely call in your order because depending on when you go, you could wait a while for your items.
I like the place — it is definitely better than fast food, but it to me, it is o.k.

Have you ever dreamt about eating a warm pizza baked to perfection? May be? Yes! My dream included a large «naked vegetarian» pizza from Bill’s with a side order of their awesomely fresh Greek salad (comes with Syrian bread. Sandwiches come with pickle and bag of chips) and crunchy onion rings. Gluttony any one?
It’s as local as it gets. Good service and you pay for the quality. Lots of options for vegetarians like yours truly.
