Went to Zia to try a new place… got a great hair cut with Deb. She and I talked about my hair color… I was not getting the tone or Chestnut Brown I wanted… she told me of her new color line coming in… I went back to try this new line J Beverly Hills and Jessica did my color… WOW… Amazing shine, body and even through out my hair! I have been using another high rated line forever… so happy with this new color I will not go back to Goldwell; its been over 6 weeks and the color is still Chestnut! I found this salon to be moderately priced the Unilocal $$$$ is deceiving I got my color and cut for what use to cost me for just the color… The staff was very warm and welcoming all in all a great experience. Just got home from a 1 hour massage by Karin. She gave me by far the best massage I have ever gotten in my life. I could tell the entire time she was sincerely concerned with what to work on and this is not just a job for her– it shows it’s a passion. Because I’m a hairdresser I have a lot of knots and tension but she worked on each area so well and always asked if the pressure was ok. Karin knows her stuff and I will recommend her to all of my clients and co workers. What a wonderful experience! I will definitely be back!!! I can honestly say I have never left a massage feeling as relaxed as I do now. Karin is a lifesaver!!!

After is disappointing experience at another salon for a Shellac applications, I found that Michelle is a CND Certified trained nail tech. If using Shellac, why wouldn’t everyone insist on a Certified process? My nails have never looked better! Michelle is the best! I look forward to each appointment.

The $$$$$ rating is misleading. This is a competitively priced spa with great services. I’ve had a couple of Vinylux manicures (awesome) and a pedicure here and love it. Will be back for a massage on my next trip. Would definitely recommend… added bonus, the ladies that work there are friendly and have an obscene amount of experience doing what they do.

I originally found this place online because the $$$$ rating on Unilocal (at the time of this review) were deceptively keeping it out of my search… Anyways, I read some of the nice reviews, checked out their website for pricing (very competitive, by the way), and decided to come in.
From the beginning the staff there were extremely friendly and personable. It felt like an establishment I could keep coming back to and develop a relationship with. I was there to buy a gift certificate for my mom, but since I had some free time I decided to try out a full body massage. Well, let me just say that it was the best massage I’ve had!
Anita was really great, she recognized tight spots/​knots in my back and really worked on them. There were also some hot stones and bamboo in there which I’ve never even tried before. Loved it!

I had a wonderful massage by Karen. She was very friendly and knowledgeable. I asked for something between a Swedish and Deep Tissue and that’s just what a got. I was totally relaxed and it felt great – she knew just where to tease out the knots in my back and shoulders.
She then went on to give me a fabulous pedicure. Zia is a very nice place and the prices are very reasonable for the quality of their services. Will definitely be back!

I have been going here for years to Lisa (Lilly). I always leave with a professional haircut/​color. The place is always clean and the staff is very friendly and fun! The prices are reasonable for the area.

Zia is fabulous! I went here a couple of years ago to use a gift certificate for a facial. Since I had a pleasant experience then, I looked Zia up again when searching for a salon to go to for a hair cut. I couldn’t be happier! Lilly gave me probably one of the best, if not the best, cut and style ever! Everyone that works at Zia is so friendly and prices are definitely fair! I highly suggest you check this place out!
BTW, they just moved locations this week. Their new address is 127 West Central St, Natick. Same phone number though. :)

I haven’t tried most of their services yet, but their massages are GREAT! Not overpriced, and worth every penny!
Edit* Ever since my fabulous first massage, I thought I’d try their salon services for hair. Boy did I luck out! Way affordable prices and great! I have loved every color and cut I’ve received since I started going a few months ago. Rhonda is great. YAY!
