The doctor himself is very good, concerned for the most part. His staff has issues. Firendly is not their fisrt names. He had a young, and I mean young assistant asking my husband cognition questions and her English was deplorable. Now my husband’s English is not perfect and he had recently suffered a brain injury so he was having trouble with answering questions as it was. However when the question came out in an English even I had to question,(and I am a stickler for using proper English), I knew there was going to be a problem. Boy was there, and she took offense when I told her we needed to stop becasue she was confusing him and we are not getting a proper screening. When I called the doctor to get the test results he would not talk to me over the phone we had to make an appointment, another waste of Medicare Funds. I told them to send them to my husband’s Primarcy Care doctor, who read them to us that day during a routine visit and referred us to another Neurologist. Doctors have to be very careful who they get for their staff, they can make or break a practice.
