Cinnabon

love cinnabun ! i would give it 5 stars it never disappoints but i always have to buy extra frosting the frosting that comes on it is adequate but i love more frosting! to bad they charge! it should be free but whatever its worth every penny I’ve only tried the original one and have not tried there coffees or other flavor cinnabuns. always freshly baked!

Not sure which employee a previous review was talking about, but every time I go here the workers are so friendly and greet me with a smile. They also give a generous amount of icing and once gave me an extra container of icing without even asking. I appreciated that because I have a sweet tooth lol. The cinnabons are always delicious :)

I usually frequent this Cinnabon location the most, since I stop by this mall the most. Their cinnamon rolls are delicious, there’s no doubt about that. However their customer service is ALWAYS a hit or miss, especially with one of their regulars «Dee». It’s been about twice since I have gone with my family and she’s always in the most unpleasant of moods, she’s always making remarks under her breath when we ask questions or do add ons. I honestly don’t know how she’s still working there. I’m not sure what their regulations are to work there, but her nails are always long and polished, and I’ve worked in both customer service and have had food handlers training where it is clearly said that you may not have excessively long nails, nor nail polish, but that is not even the issue, her nasty attitude is. It’s people like this that make me want to stop frequenting this location. Management needs to look in to their customers complaints, because I am sure we’re not the only family she’s driven or will drive away with her horrible customer service skills.

It’s a Cinnabon. What’s not to like?

Everytime I go to Plaza Bonita, I HAVE to get Cinnabon.

best cinnabon i have ever been at. i had a free mocha latte coupon for my birthday but since i dont drink that stuff, the nice lady that has been there for 25 years and went to Atlanta once for a meeting never got to meet Kat Cole, oh well. Anyway I got a mint orea which was fantastic so I will go to this one from now one cuz no offense but most have young kids and thier manners are not what you would expect when you are the customer. I say go here when the older lady is there she is the best I have ever seen and Cinnabon is lucky to have her.

The product is excellent but, as it appears I cannot order 9-​mini Cinnabon because they only have a 15-​mini Cinnabon box? In short they refused to sell me 9 mini ones because they had no box for them, even after I asked them to place them on a 15 box. nope, not happening. if I want Cinnabon I have to buy 15. I’m only one person, what the heck am I going to do with 15 mini buns? I can work with 9 but not 15 c’mon now.
Husband shows up and decided to order a box of 4 regular one and an Oreo chillata. I honestly would have preferred to just not purchase anything in the first place and just leave. I’m just. surprised.

Came here to satisfy my sweet tooth and it been a while since I’ve had Cinnabon. Had a mocha latte and a walnut cinna roll. It was warm and delicious perfect for this cold day, the cashier was nice and helpful. Cinna rolls are big enough for two people to share.
