Rudest employees I have ever encountered. Let me just say that I love shopping at this store and I usually spend a lot of money here. I bought a cardigan along with a few other items and when I got home I noticed there was a rip in the cardigan. No big deal, I was just going to exchange it or get store credit. I The cardigan was only $ 13.99. I am aware of their no return/exchange only/store credit policy. I shopped there a lot therefore I didn’t care about getting store credit. I went in and the girl was so rude. She looked at it and said«We cant accept this because it is damaged.» I explained to her that the store I bought it from gave it to me like that. It still had the tag on it and everything. I just wanted store credit. I wasn’t asking for the cash. She told me that she wasn’t going to take responsibility for the other stores mistake and her store would take a loss if they accepted it because they would have to price it at $ 10. That’s right… $ 3.99 loss. She said I needed to either go all the way to El Cajon to see if they would do it or take the $ 10 in store credit that she was willing to give me. The $ 3 wasn’t worth the drive to me but I guess it was worth losing a loyal customer that spends at least $ 100 per visit. Probable wont be going back to shop here. I even emailed their customer service department and haven’t heard anything back. These people don’t care about helping their customers. That girl was willing to lose a customer than lose $ 3 for the store.
