Slowest subway ever. Theres always a long line because everyone decides to have hour long convos with the employees. Get in, get your sandwich and go. It shouldnt be that complicated. Never come here if you have a limited amount of time to get something to eat.

This place has the worst most incompetent manager any Subway can have. I think his name was Alex, but he is very disrespectful and unprofessional. I witnessed him being rude to his employees, as well as not following the hand washing rule after making a sub. The employees are nice, I wish i could have tipped one of the girls but there is no tip jar.

Their customer service has gotten a lot better! I came at 8:13 am on a Sunday morning and the lady working the counter «Sandra» was very energetic and helpful.
I told her I’m going to take a while to order seeing as I haven’t been to any subway in six months. She was patient and understanding.
Good job subway for training your southbay subway workers good customer service.

I really don’t like this subway. The employees always have a bad attitude and are very snooty. They give openly dirty looks and I heard one of them trash talking to the other about my one year old daughter because she has red hair. To top it all off they never get my order right. I’ll never go here again and would never recommend this location to anyone. Ever. Just don’t go here.
