Ngawang did a fantastic job fixing my broken iPhone screen. The new screen is beautiful and works perfectly. Ngawang was incredibly prompt and professional. He came to meet me to do the repair, which was very convenient. The entire process took less than an hour. During that time we chatted and had a very pleasant conversation. Ngawang is clearly very proficient at repairs and he also took several extra steps to double check that all the components of the phone and screen were working as expected. From the minute I contacted Ngawang he was extremely prompt and professional. His service was provided in the comfort of my home. I did not need to waste gas driving to the mall, leaving my iPhone for five days wth some of the dealers, or worry about waiting in line.
