Just to reiterate, stay away from this place. We moved in and there was mold all over the bathroom seallant/caulking. Additionally, there must have been a leak in the bathroom before we moved in and they had to patch the ceiling below (the living room ceiling), and lets just say the patch job looked like the first hole I ever patched, which was before youtube :)

This is our second time living here at Berkeley Park.
Things we love about living at Berkeley Park Apartments:
Great management! Great staff! Great location. Consistent prompt and friendly maintenance staff.
Beautiful landscaping. The design of this complex makes one feel that you are in your own condo with a private inclosed garage. Walkable to markets, dry cleaners, parks, etc. Pet friendly with «no weight limits», no other place offers this. They have really gone above the «standard» to make the residents as happy and comfortable as possible. Last but not least, From an Interior Designers perspective they are esthetically very attractive and well designed.
Constructive comments: The once crisp black window shutters are now faded to a light grey which diminishes the curb appeal of this otherwise beautiful complex. The windows are a little drafty which makes the heating and cooling have to compensate.
