Kristin was great to work with for our wedding. After the reception, we had the wedding party hang out in the hotel lobby and played guitar. The executive suite was huge with 2 balconies. We had a great experience with this hotel and staff!

I’ve been here for several months now and I think staff is very nice. The building is new so that’s good to know. The pros are acceptable. The cons are pretty bad especially when I’ve been calling this Marriott my home. I could be biased since I’ve been in Ohio for way too long, but the internet is terrible. Even though there are a bunch of networks at the hotel to connect to, it doesn’t hide the fact that the internet is terrible. It cuts you off constantly. I understand that there is nothing around the area of the hotel, the least they could do is make sure the internet works and have a separate connection for platinum members. I also haven’t had a balcony since the first week I was here and it’s been almost 6 months. I don’t care about getting it, but I also have never gotten a room upgrade even though my other colleagues have received it. I’m perfectly fine without the room upgrades but the internet is infuriating. I can’t do work or watch videos without getting interrupted. I also haven’t mentioned that in the past month, I’ve been constantly killing centipedes in the room. I don’t know much about pest control but there’s got to be something Marriott can do. This is gross and ridiculous. Like I said, the people are very nice. Love the breakfast teams. Thanks

if you’re use to higher end Marriott hotels this is not for you. I’ve stayed here for a few weeks now due to an engagement and have yet to have great service. each room I’ve checked into has had hair all over the bathroom and in shower. the workout equipment has had out of order signs on it and the staff continually states that«the part has been ordered.» finally the Internet is terrible and work is almost impossible to do.

Very clean, new hotel. Nice little counter area where you can get coffee, snacks and sandwiches. Rooms are a bit small with an awkward layout, but I think that’s due to the contemporary design. Great, roomy bathroom. Just a couple of issues… we returned to our room after 5 p.m. one day and our room hadn’t been cleaned. We were too exhausted to request that it be cleaned then. Also, I requested a wake-up call(the night before) for the morning we were scheduled to check out. We never received that wake up call. Glad we were driving home and didn’t have a flight to catch. Love the location, near family, and don’t have many options in the area. But they are building a Hampton Inn right next door. Might stay there once it opens just to compare the two.
