Went to Pizza Hut about a month ago, a small problem with my toppings I’d ordered, Jason was the Mgr on duty. Called and spoke to him, he was on it, offered to fix it immediately, I declined, it was late and I was home. Gave me a credit for next time, which I used today, when I called and placed my order, the person taking the order mentioned my credit, so that was easy! Ordered, got a great, hot pizza and breadsticks. I’m usually there at night, but day shift was super nice also, just wanted to say thanks Jason, you handled my issue promptly and courteously! And I appreciate that. I work in a restaurant and I know, mistakes happen, you made it right, I’ll continue to go to my Pizza Hut. 5 stars for sure!

This Pizza Hut will get your order wrong quite often considering they charged me $ 31 for 24 wings when I only ordered 8 wings. Then I called furious because I wanted my money back and they said they couldn’t do anything, then hung up on me. They claimed that it was my fault that they got my order wrong and didn’t do anything about it. Awful service

This location sucks… it always seems to be dirty even though they keep remodeling, they’re always slow but there’s never anyone there, and last time even the freaking manager was rude. I’d never go back if it weren’t for the Pzones.
