Scott McCash, the owner of the two Comet leaners in New Braunfels Texas is a joke. He is pathetic. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!!! His parents must be just as much of a pathetic joke, they raised him and obviously failed to instill any good qualities. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!!! I feel sorry for his children, I can not imagine what its like to live with such a pathetic joke as he is. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!!! He ruined a shirt and pair of pants, fromal business attire and lost another pair of pants all from the same load I dropped off. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!!! He does not take responsibility, as seen by the many other complaints here. His demeanor is agressive and very dismissive. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!!! His business caused the damage and he knows these problems exist but refuses to do anything about it. No matter how reasonable you attempt to be with him the result is the same, you end up with ruined clothes. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!!! You will be very disappointed. The workmanship is shotty at best. Scott McCash is a joke, and the type of human being you would not wish your worst enemy to deal with. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!!! Scott has absolutely no integrity and there are not enough words in the english language to describe how horrible he is not just as a person but as a businessman as well. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!!! Scott is very unethical and morally disgusting. He is one of the worst humans to exist on earth. When you attempt to use formal processes to handle your loss Scott will not respond (BBB for example) because he know he is wrong and does not have a leg to stand on. Small claimis court is the best way to end his business. Scott should not be in business of any kind and deserves every bit of the complaints listed here and several other sites. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!!! He has no place in the business world. Scott McCash is an immoral, unethical and a pathetic joke. There needs to be a negative star option! DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!!! Scott is spineless and the biggest coward I have ever come across. It is a true wonder how his family tollerates the bad name he projects. As consumers we need to stand together and put this pathetic joke out of business. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!!! I absolutely invite Scott to respond or to contact me directly but am confident he won’t because he is really that spineless and pathetic. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!!!

They stained my shirt and I got no starch on my shirts.

Told me that my shirts were going to be 2.25 each, then I picked up my shirts and they charged me 3.69 each. Total rip off and they were rude about it.

Pass. I take my business to Jack Brown now, near the new HEB on 46.

Worst service! My military uniform was burned so now it becomes unservicable. I’m having to get a whole new one. Which will cost me money. I don’t recommend this place to anyone.

I have used them for years and only had one complaint until recently when an employee actually told me that he has worn other peoples’ clothes before (expensive men’s clothes) and popped buttons off of clothes when he was pissed at a customer!!!

Used this place & very disappointed. Owner is a real a-​hole. I brought in a perfectly great shirt that just needed cleaned & pressed. When I came to pick it up, it had stains all over it where something had been spilled & then pressed over. I returned the shirt & was told they would look into it & get back to me via a phone call. Never received a call, but called them finally & was told stains were gone & shirt was ready. The person was sorry the manager or owner never called but would have them call me anyway. That still did not happen. I finally came in to get my shirt & when I did, it was still messed up. Like nothing had been done. By now I’m quite upset that the manager, owner can’t call a customer as promised & that I was told the shirt was cleaned properly & stains were gone, which was not the case. I said the owner or manager needed to grow a pair and fix the situation or I’ll be calling the BBB. Next day a-​hole owner calls trying to say the shirt stains were from sweat? First off the shirt was fine with no stains when brought in & secondly I do not sweat in shirts. He starts talking down to me like a piece if dirt & not wanting to accept any responsibility. He tried to say I was making a threat to him by saying he sure needed an ass whipping by talking to me the way he did. Long story short, I should have listened to the other reviews I read & word of mouth that say he treats any issue as the customers fault & takes no responsibility for his piss poor company & pathetic work. Stay away from this location as well as the other one in New Braunfels & the one in Seguin, which he owns. Too bad you can’t put a negative star.

I’m what you’d call pretty much a tshirt/​jeans/​shorts type of gal. For the most part I don’t dress up. But this last summer after separating from my spouse of 19 years I decided it was time for a makeover. So I went shopping and then found out I needed a dry cleaner. So far my experience with Comet Cleaners has been great. They always have my clothes dry cleaned on time and are very friendly. Their prices seem reasonable too. Now I just need to get busy finding a date to wear my new clothes with. :) JK I’m not sure I’m at the right place mentally to date anyone yet.
