Devcon/Ted Howell Security Consultant

This review is not about Ted Howell, but about Devcon.
We had an appointment to discuss the possible installation of a security system in our warehouse. The consultant Joe never showed up. 45 mins later when we spoke on the phone he gave me various excuses from «I did not even have your name» to «I am stuck in traffic» to «I don’t know where I am». We rescheduled for the next morning at 8:45 AM. At 9:15 Joe was nowhere to be found, no phone call, text or anything. When I called his supervisor, I got his voice mail and he never bothered to follow up either. This entire outfit seem to be very unprofessional.
If this is how they treat you when they should be EARNING your business, I can only imagine what happens if you actually have an incident at your location.
If your property is important enough to protect with an alarm system, it is important enough to hire a competent, reliable company. Devcon and their local team is certainly not. Stay away from them.
