Went last night to an all ages class with my daughter and another mom and daughter. We have teen girls. It was so much fun. The painting was not too hard, but still enjoyable. Will be back for sure. Our instructor was funny and made the class a blast.

If you don’t have an artistic bone in your body, don’t let someone talk you into going into this place, as it will be a frustrating evening for you. The instructor we had, Veronica, spent more time trying to be funny than she did trying to be helpful. She moved very fast with her instructions in a very large class, and offered very little help along the way. This place is more of a social outing than an art outing, & most people in my group were doing their fair share of drinking while painting. Don’t expect to come home with a Picasso, if fact, I think drinking is encouraged so you don’t care if you are painting badly! And they didn’t tell us in advance that the paint we would be using would ruin our clothes… so wear old clothes. Even if you are careful, the person next to you might not be (and it is very close and crowded in the room).

Went with a couple of friends on February 6th and love it there. Every time I have been (now 3rd time) I have had a great time and the staff are always helpful and make the painting class fun. My friends and I plan on going again and the next time will BYOB. I forget about that every time but next time I won’t! :)

I had a great time at Painting with a Twist. I was not sure what to expect and was invited to a bachelorette party there. I am just a huge fan of BYOB establishments to begin with and I thought they put together a nice painting class that was able to entertain both painters and non-​painters alike. It was nice, relaxing, and for $ 35 we all were able to take a pretty nice-​sized canvas home.

These folks are great! We went for the first public painting night at this location. The instructor was very kind and helpful, as were the helpers. It was a fun evening with my girlfriends and none of us are painters. They had lots of fun incentives like extra punches on your punch card for putting a photo of you and your painting on Facebook or checking in on Facebook. If I get the urge to take another one of these classes, I will try my best to get up to New Braunfels!
