Salvation Army of New Braunfels

The Salvation Army is one of the great beauties of New Braunfels!
Recently, I had the pleasure of helping with their Cheer Fund in distributing care packages to elderly/​handicapped residents. New Braunfels had so many volunteers that they finished hours early! I didn’t even have to load my vehicle! A team of kind strapping men loaded my car full of boxes in less than 5 minutes (mind you the boxes weighed about 45lbs!). The organization and time devoted to the Cheer Fund by volunteers and staff was amazing!
The Salvation Army doesn’t just provide relief packages… they go out of their way to provide ministry and financial assistance to those in need. The next time you pass by this wonderful organization, remember all they do for the betterment of the community!
Don’t forget to donate to your Salvation Army Red Kettle while entering/​exciting local stores… the volunteers go out of their way to keep the mission alive!
