Whataburger

We love Whataburger but this location the food prep people did not wear gloves or hairnets and our order was rang as meals instead of sandwich only as ordered. Didn’t catch it until we were in the car on the road. And to that the hair in my burger and it was very disappointing and unfortunate since typically it’s great

Friendly staff but the food was horrible. Order came quick which I took to go. Once I got to the office I ate my lunch which had I eaten there I would have returned… disappointed

Whataburger delivered food to the afterparty of my wedding and were absolutely wonderful to work with! When it was delivered, people devoured it!

First they have great customer service.
I always hear people taking about Whataburger. I can pass now that I have tried it.
Food did not seem fresh and assembly line made.

There are few things I have to do when I return to Texas after being gone for a long period of time. Get some good BBQ, Tex-​Mex and have a Whataburger. You can stop into any location in the state and get wonderful service and a great hamburger 24 hours a day! They have a great breakfast menu as well. I don’t see why this location has 2 bad reviews. I am not from New Braunfels, but I grew up at this location. During high school this was our location to stop after every sporting event, from football to golf. We loved out of town games because we knew what we would be getting for dinner. This is my first trip back to this location in some 20 years but it brings back so many happy memories, and that shows how good a restaurant is. A must have for anyone visiting Texas for first or fiftieth time!

I don’t know, Texas… Your version of a better McDonald’s just doesn’t cut it for me. Sure Whataburger has the basic goods to make a burger, but it doesn’t really rise above basic. My burger came with a patty and a bun… wahoo? I had to ask for the bacon that was supposed to be on it and I had to spice it up with some BBQ sauce because that burger was just so plain that I felt like I was living in a recession where tasteless was a typical thing. NO! I live in an age where burgers are their most delicious they’ve ever been so there is no excuse.
And while we’re at it, why the heck were there things missing from my boyfriend’s burger too? And why did it take so long for a fast food burger to come to our table? I mean, there were four orders ahead of us and everyone was waiting. God only knows what Whataburger would do the day a rush comes in. Yeah, whatever, I think I tried it and I’m good, just like I was with McDonald’s 15 years ago.

Nice and clean, friendly staff. Burgers were very cold. Cold bun topped with unmelted cheese.
