Seconding BB’s post.
I won a $ 500 home credit. Very pushy sales team. Won’t stop calling. Finally talked to what I think was the owner. Expressed my frustration with their pushiness. He didn’t care at all. Took him five minutes of arguing with me before he said «I’m sorry you feel that way».
Boo over priced and scammy.

This company has an answer for everything. On all these reviews, of which they got horrible ratings on each and every one, it is the customer at fault, according to the company response. The company would be better off spending their time correcting their problems, of which there are many, rather than taking such time responding to all these complaints in such a manner that any consumer reading this would know it was B.S. There is an old saying «Where there is smoke – there is fire.» Lastly, we just had 21 new windows installed in our home in the past month from one of these guy’s competitors. It was a very good experience, with the company doing everything they promised, with everything transpiring very professionally. New Windows for America could have learned something from these folks.
