They are so disorganized. They never update their website you have no idea what’s going on you have to call constantly every other day to find out what’s going on. Ordered a complete upper December 3rd was told two to three weeks. By the third week did not hear from them had to engage. Said oh yeah its getting ready to be shipped. Can I get a tracking number for shipping yes we will email it to you. Three days later no email. Called back have you shipped my part yet no we are getting ready to ship should ship out tomorrow. 2 more days later no shipping number. Called back has it shipped no not yet. When will it ship probably next week. This went on for 3 weeks. I am trying to make arrangements that someone will be at the house the day of delivery. So maybe I might get it sometime this week today is January 11th. I give up I guess I’ll just be surprised when it gets here.

I ordered a lower parts kit from a local California gun shop who wouldn’t do an exchange for a messed up part. I called stag arms customer service number and told them that the kit I had received was damaged during processing. No more questions asked they asked my name and address to ship a replacement for the problem part. I am happily awaiting my new part. If something happens I will update my review, but I feel confident that they are standing behind their name.
