Had a very very terrible experience! We ordered and paid the down payment for printing some booklets on Tuesday and they told us it can be done by Thursday, cuz We need it urgent for company campaign. Now they told us the quote was wrong and we should pay 4 times more for the quoted price and cant be done on time! We are very upset b/c it’s their mistake and totally wasted our time. How come a company don’t have a standard for pricing and time?!

I’ve used AlphaGraphics for a few of our non-profit events booklets.
Each time the staff has been extremely nice and helpful. As a non-profit corporation they helped us out with pricing so that it could fit our budget. My non-profit has also used them before, which also helped with pricing since we had an ongoing relationship with them.
They were quick to deliver samples and then the final product. They were also very quick to respond to our emails, giving estimates or any other concerns.
For the holidays they even sent me a Happy Holidays card! It is nice to know that the business they get is appreciated.

I worked with HJ Kim on a trifold direct mailer. They were superb. I uploaded the file, he made some recommendations and changes. I completed those, and he delivered the completed product to my office.
This was after my local Staples bungled and fumbled with the job for almost 10 days, and could never complete it.
I highly recommend this branch and would use them again!
