Not honest, sub-par work, a hassle to talk with Bob. Used them many years ago, did a good job then. February 2015, I had deer damage to the bumper and passenger panel. They fixed it plus new headlight and it seemed good. But when spring came, I noticed a big rusty slash in the passenger door — deer hoof. Liberty Mutual also pointed out rust spots on the front fender, but said they had already paid Bob for that. I confronted Bob who said he was not responsible for what an insurance adjuster wrote and denied he spoke to the adjuster, which Liberty Mutual tells me is standard practice. In the end, I’m out a couple hundred, and pissed that Bob’s work is actually sub-par — another repair shop pointe out how the front hood pinches. Bob’s answer was: you can’t expect that to be perfect. I think it’s time for Bob to retire.

I have been a customer of Bob’s for over two decades now. As I like to say, my bad luck is Bob’s good luck. But he never fails to make my car look better than new when he works on it. A body shop just doesn’t get better than this. He is honest, does great work, he will keep you up to date on your repair, and his prices are resonable. No worries here.
