They didn’t order enough of the book for the class I needed so it was out of stock. Outside of the poor forecasting, there was no customer service outside of them telling me that there were no more books coming in and an unrealistically long time wait on a special order. Very disappointed with the service.

The other night, I came here to pick up my graduation gown (yay for me). I had to park illegally and I literally had about 5 minutes until they closed. I ran downstairs and luckily someone was there to help me get the gown. She asked me how tall I was and what degree I would be graduating with. In a matter of 2 minutes, I had my gown. I walked back upstairs and got charged $ 77 for the gown =(
