My first time here, I was disappointed. I ordered the Blended Strawberry lemonade, and it was gross. It tasted like frozen water with a hint of lemon. The service on that trip was decent. I went thru the drive thru and received my drink in a decent amount of time. My second time here, my drink was amazing. I went inside to order and got the Blended Strawberry lemonade again and it was GREAT! The service was pretty good. I was greeted when I approached the counter and asked if my drink taste good when I received it. However, it did take them a lil long to make my drink and I’m not sure why. There was not many ppl inside the shop and I was the only one in line. Anyway, it’s likely that I’ll return bc I grocery shop in that shopping center.

Excellent customer service and clean/tidy facilities! Music is impeccable. The only downside — the staff talks too much amongst themselves and it can get a bit loud at times. Its a bit disturbing to the patrons who wish to study or review material. Overall, its a good location.

This is one of a few Starbucks in the area that I stop-in at. Usually, this would be during non-rush times such as the middle mid-Friday afternoon, or in the middle of a weekday(outside of lunch). I like where this Starbucks is positioned, and the fact that there is always healthy activity via the drive-through keeping the atmosphere a bit lively. But on to the meat of the review. There have been multiple occasions where staff simply forgot about me after I had already put in my order, and occasions where my order was wrong. — I order a decaf, and get nothing(they simply forget) — I order a decaf, and get caff Aside from the known Starbucks policy of not brewing decaf(having it already brewed, that is) after 12 noon, this is an entirely other problem. It seems there is a priority issue with this Starbucks location such that staff either are not trained well enough to be considerate to its own customers, or that the staff don’t know how to handle more than 1 customer at a time. The mind-blowing part of this is that, as noted above, I would usually come in at very quiet times(with the drive-through only being moderately busy at best), with the drive-thru customers seemingly getting better service(I’ve gone through the drive-thru about twice). I struggled to give this place a second star — and that is primarily due to factors having nothing to do with me actually purchasing anything(e.g. the relative roominess during that times that I go, the restrooms, and overall organization which are«ok»). If you are at this location to stop-inside and order something, prepare for a screw-up. If you’re there just to use Wi-fi and buy already-prepared items, but otherwise have little requests to actual staff, then go ahead. If you are using drive-thru, go ahead but check your order several times to make sure it’s correct. Otherwise, skip this spot.

The WORSE Starbucks ever. They are super slow inattentive and have no idea what they are doing. This is my 3rd time here and it has been the same experience every single time. When I ask that my order be extra hot, which I do every time, I expect it to require me to use a sleeve I order to hold it. My bath water is way hotter than what I am holding in my hand. None of the employees seem to want to be there and it shows in their attitude and service. Although the next locations is 10 mins past my office I am NEVER coming here again. It’s so bad that I am going to write a letter to corporate.

Few days ago went to get coffee. When I got to the drive thru window to get my coffee, the girl had a wrong order, rude and making faces when I ask question about my coffee. I will never come back to this Starbucks ever. She needs to learn how to speak to people. My coffee was so bad, I just waisted my money. Services was horrible!

I’m a long time and very loyal Starbucks customer and have spent countless dollars reloading my mobile account to spend money here. Unfortunately, to my dismay, yesterday’s experience has made me rethink ever visiting one of my local stores. I stopped by to get my usual venti skim iced mocha around 12:30pm. Usually, I choose to stop by either very early or late morning so that I can beat the morning rush. Well, you could not tell by how long it took to make my order that it was almost the afternoon. Then, I waited quite some time in the drive– through because I was presented with a white mocha instead of a regular mocha. My friend in the car said«you did ask for a mocha, I heard you loud and clear». I thought I was crazy for a minute when the young man emerged with a caramel looking drink and I politely told him that was not what I had asked for. With an attitude on his face and after a deep breath, he closed the window and prepared another drink. 4 minutes later, an Indian looking woman emerges with the white mocha in her hand as if she’s going to hand it to me, asking if that was not what I asked for? I again said no, I asked for a regular mocha and my friend could confirm that. She says to me «ok, ok, ok!», as if I were arguing with her-when I simply was telling her that my order was wrong. No attitude, no argument, I just wanted what I asked for so that I could return to work. The lady clearly disturbed and with an attitude, closes the window. Another 3 minutes later, I finally get my order and a little more than I bargained for… A serious tummy ache that made me regret drinking it after sensing that it tasted a bit funny and sour. Thanks Starbucks New Carrollton for the exemplary service! I’ll take my cash up the street to the much friendlier one instead.

I’m standing in this Starbucks as I type this review. I am disgusted! I’m here with my family right now and we have been waiting twenty minutes to receive our drinks. There’s 4 people working and apparently only one person is making the drinks. Mind you, multiple cars in the drive through have received their drinks and drove off. When my sister asked why the teas were taking so long, the guy making the drinks replied with«What teas?» AREYOUKIDDINGME?! *sighs* The bathroom was disgusting and there was no toilet tissue. They closed and locked the door 30 minutes prior to closing time. Just awful!

Maybe the NYC/NJ in me is waaaayyyyy to fast paced, but good lawd the drive thru here was on snail mode slow! After doing some groceries shopping at foodway, we decided to up our caffeine and grab some drinks. All I can say is those 4⁄5 stars are way off IMO! I guess they milked the actual cow for our drinks and in the process of doing so forgot the key ingredients in our caramel fraps! Maybe we went on a off day, but I know I will be trying another Starbucks if and when I’m in the area again

Who gave this location 4 stars? I’ll just assume it was staff or friends of staff. Ok let’s start at the beginning. My first visit to this Starbucks was a week prior. I walked into this location and was happy to see no lines and no waiting. I ordered my friend’s Grande Caramel Macchiato with 2 extra syrup pumps and my Flat White with hazelnut syrup added. My drink was fine but my friends was horrible. I called the store and spoke with the manager asking for a credit because I was visiting and live an hour away. The manager said no problem, I’ll leave your name. Well obviously that didn’t happen because when I returned on this day the management couldn’t find any record. She asked what I had gotten a credit for. I told her it was a grande and why I received the credit. The«manager“then proceeded to roll her eyes before going to remake the drink that HER staff should have made correctly the first time. The drink was made correctly and we left but with a very bad taste in our mouths but not from the coffee. WHOEVER oversees this location needs to correct two problems. First train employees not to be in such a rush. Pumps should be depressed completely for desired results.(A common occurrence at many Starbucks unfortunately.) Secondly, management should be more professional. The first should have left a message and the second should have handled the situation better. Don’t be upset with the customer when fault is clearly on your end. At $ 5 a cup your customers deserve and demand better.

I like this location because of the drive thru convenience. But I came here today wanting my favorite chestnut prailine latte and they were sold out!!! What a drag?! Other than that the guy who helped me was amazingly nice and my substitute latte was perfection! Close but no 5 stars. You should maybe keep your holiday drinks stocked during the holidays.

My husband I and were staying at the hotel across the street from this Starbucks while in DC for a weekend. The hotel ran out of coffee, and rather than wait for something terrible, we decided to drive the 2 minutes up the road here. I am a frequent Starbucks patron, and this had to be one of the cleanest ones I have ever seen. The staff was friendly, and they even had printable drink stickers(rather than write it on the cup) that they used. It literally made my morning 10x better because I knew I could rely on their quality beverages to get me through the day! If I am ever in DC again and near this Starbucks, I will absolutely go back!

I would normally not review a Starbucks since I don’t usually like admitting I go to them(I prefer local breweries and my favorite in the area is still a tiny one over in Georgetown), but I had to with this one. The baristas are friendly and chipper(not just caffeine chipper, either). I had to come here for the wifi to finish some homework that was due at 5 since our hotel’s wifi was down and I was here for about 5 hours total. I bought something every couple of hours(just worked out that way). But even if I hadn’t, I doubt I would have ever been made to feel unwelcome or rushed. It was relatively quiet other than a few low key conversations, so it gave me plenty of time to study, take my quizzes online and get everything done by the deadline. Even though the baristas were busy doing all their extra work(cleaning, restocking, etc.), they were very quick to help any customer they saw approaching the counter or lingering at the shelves of merchandise, it was very refreshing to see such great customer service in action. The service was quick and perfect with each drink I ordered.

STOPTHECAR(yelling in my Ikea voice) They have a drive-thru window!!! They aren’t many in the DMV area, so this is 5 stars in itself! Service was fast and friendly. To top it off, I got free Earth Day coffee! How cool is that… LOL I must admit the control freak in me wanted to poor my own amount of skim milk I’m use to in my coffee… but whatever! I let go and Starbucks hooked it up!!!

Good Starbucks location. Stopped in this morning for a Tall, double shot, iced latte with whole milk. Strong and delicious! There is also a decent amount of seating with electrical outlets handy. We stopped for a while to sit down and work before heading off to our next meeting.
