Big fan of Papa John’s all over the place. Worst experience ever at this one. Despite the signs all over the place advertising the lunch specials and the server saying that he had applied the discount they charged us full price and refused bluntly to rectify it. «You should have asked for the special» is what I was told. They told me it had already been applied so why ask for it? Also got the order wrong and forgot half the food.
Don’t go here!

Stopped in for a pizza was in traffic and got hungry. Order a pizza with some wing waited about 20 mins and left with a crunchy crust pizza and wings were out of this world I didn’t even wait to get home to eat a slice and try some wings

Website was down so I phoned in the order. The girl that took my order tried to charge me double than what was on the site. She said it’s the website price and it’s different than the in store price. I explained that the site was down and I couldn’t order online but she insisted on charging me double. I asked to speak to a manager but apparently she’s the manager. I hung up and will never order from them again. Train your employees Papa Johns this is horrible customer service!

In the Mecca of pizza restaurant chains here is one that really stands out. I’ve been to this papa johns restaurant a few times and each time I go I find the same courtesy, reliability, and cleanliness as I would expect. The employees are well mannered and the selection of their speciality pizzas is out the roof. Good work on the pizza, that was delicious in my belly.
The pluses: clean décor, friendly atmosphere and amazing tasting pizza.

Let me start by saying, I m a big fan of papa John’s pizza
I have tried so many other locations
Including Francis Lewis, Elmont, Brooklyn, bay ridge, etc…
Well after so much of digging
I found out this New store located in NEW HYDE PARK, NY
I went to this store couple of times to pick up my order
Store is really clean, employees are respective!
And they give you exact time for your order to be ready
I also went back to this store to place an order for 70 large pies! Manager in charge gave me a very good price and offered me FREE BREADSTICKS!!! And my pies were at my door at exact time that I told them. I’m really happy with their delivery service.
Instore/​delivery: Less wait, good quality and EXCELLENT DEALS!
I would highly recommend this store !
